Is it a Tech Dec for Williams due to the cut, a TKO for Phillips due to the cut, or a TKO for WIlliams

I think that was an excellent stoppage. It stopped Verno from taking uneccessary punishment. That worked for me.

I also had no problem with the stoppage, as Verno had no shot of winning.
