You mean when we had the big ice rain crisis? bet on it, I was just living a few k.m away form what they called the "black triangle", we were on the total verge of breakdown, scariest social experience ever. Some of my friends were living in the zone where nothing worked anymore though and where there was no more electricity, that's even worst.
