Feather-fisted or not, I'd wager he still hits harder than 95% of the population.

He showed little restraint in using the right which is a bit different. He's usually far more reliant on just the jab, but here he was throwing combos and seemed to be trying to put some dig into his shots too. It was fairly impressive.
Re: Hopkins vs. Pascal Fight Thread
Can someone PM me a Showtime link?

Totally. He appears to be really discouraged. Paulie is looking good here.
Paulie has obviously carried his power up to 147.
Another one over the head.
Miles, where's your head?:
''This Could Take A While'' ^-^
It's all over my head today, I haven't the foggiest what any of you are on about! ;D

Maybe so. But I'm pretty sure I hit harder than him.
Re: Hopkins vs. Pascal Fight Thread
I'm watching the Hopkins-Tarver replay right now. Are you guys seeing the same thing?

Yeah me to. Hopkins has amazing timing. He worked on Tarver's rhythm from start to finish!
Know I'm starting to really wonder what he has in store for Pascal :-\
Re: Hopkins vs. Pascal Fight Thread
Pascal should avoid the clinch. Counter BHop right away in close range.

Perhaps, but this is a much older Hopkins and I don't he has the same command over his legs nor has the same stamina. I don't think Pascal is going to be dealing with this version of Hopkins. I am expecting all the rough and tumble and clinching, but much less of the finesse we saw against Tarver.
Maybe he will shock everyone again, but I really hope not.

The Hopkins who beat Tarver would savage Pascal and stop him, but the current version of the Executioner is a shadow of that fighter. He still might beat Pascal though.
