He's already got Rubio calling him out, as mandatory. Call me nutty...I think Rubio beats him
I don't think Arum will put him in with Rubio either. Arum can't chance Chavez losing the belt so quickly. Arum will want to milk it as long as he can. :p

I agree with the bold. You can't just dismiss that win over Michael Spinks as nothing.

A kid to keep our eye on I think.
Chop Chop earned another FNF fight against another youngun.
As long as he agrees to throw some punches for all 10 rounds and not just collect a check ;D
He coulda stayed down!
Nah, thats not him at all. Some guys just ease into the stepping stone status, I think thats where Corley is.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
Ah crap, still hard to believe Chicanito is gone. Cripes he was younger than me.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
When Chavez was at his very best? he was a freaking metronome. Sleepwalk through round one, close in round two with some bodywork, hammer away in round three and by round four the other guy is visibly thinking "Somebody stop this guy from hitting me!"
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
Alright, here we go with the main event, Kenny Galarza vs. Irving Garcia, 10 rounds, welterweights.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
Um, Mr. Galarza?
Do NOT throw a right to the bady and then step straight back with your chin in the air and the right hand at your waist.
Should you continue to do so, the first good fighter you face will knock your mouthguard into the fifth row with a left hook.
That is all.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
I've got this 19 all, waiting for the lighting and thunder from Galarza, not seeing it yet.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
I think Galarza nicked that round even though he was trying to lose it in the final 0:30
29-28 Galarza.
Re: FNF Fights / ShoBox thread
Did he just say Galarza was choking like Labrick James ???
