When Paris moves his feet he takes control.
Here it comes
This is a GREAT attempt to finish! Over and under, deliberate, keeping his distance and taking angles.
Paris didn't QUITE finish him, but boys and girls THAT is how it is done!
The power difference has just been huge. Coleman can hit him with his best punch and it doesn't matter because he just doesn't have much power.
What a fight, this is really something, I got it 56-55 for Paris. I think.
Note to Sergio...Colemans not James Toney, not even Augustus
Look at how Paris fights across an arc in attacking Coleman.
Coleman has no way to figure where the next punch is coming from!
Predictable, Paris had superior fire power, and Coleman's is just average at best, it was just a matter of time.
Paris isn't very likable, but the guy has some talent.
That really was technically excellent from both guys and an exceptional finishing effort by Paris.
HAIL FNF!!!!!!!
I'm not trying to be a douche, but why was the fight stopped?
Both fighters walked the walk tonight. Both deserve bigger paydays out of that for me. The only guy I can recall watching recently who displayed that level of skill was Lamont Peterson last week.
Nice to see the mutual respect after the fight. Just what I like, complete unadulterated trash-talk pre-fight & respect afterwards ;D
good damn night of fights for FNF. Limited budget and they still give us good value!!!
first fight was going to have some fireworks but it was stopped for the cut. Then Faragon (prospect) tears up Terry. Then Coleman is able to drop Paris but Paris's bodywork and overall heavier hands are too much in a darn good fight.
FNF proved tonight that if you have guys matched pretty well (and they have a decent amount of skill) then you end up with something worth watching.
It has been a pretty good year for FNF.
Vernon Paris likes Detroit, over sized hats that make him look like a 6 year old, body shots, and talking trash. His turnoffs are Tim Coleman, speaking like he's got an education, and being shot or stabbed.
