Fitness Strength, is a complicated matter if, unsure of How things work. Educate yourself, Read, okay things and concepts change, but for Physical Strength it boils down to one thing. Your Heart, its the Highway to everything, everything works because of it. Muscle is great, but without the Cardio System, its no good to man nor Beast, because of what is produced Lactic and Carbon Dioxide.
