Are you telling me that Haye deserved a third place for beating up a totally washed up and clueless Ruiz and a champion that was overprotected by King? ruiz hadnt looked washed up and clueless in fights leading up to the haye fight but it is possible that all his skills left him after the fight before the haye fight and he was washed up and clueless in the haye fight :)

Eric I agree with you about him being Ruiz as John came in well conditioned and really up for it as he thought he could genuinely win the title back. However he is not the 3rd best heavyweight in the world.

BUT he's still going to beat Chisora in better fashion than Vitali did. And then people are going to say things about Vitali you know? Things myself as a fan of Haye won't even agree with.
As far as talent goes I think Haye is 3rd right now. If I was an organisation ranking him I couldn't even place him right now as he is just not active enough. In fact I don't think he ever has been! One thing I'll give Wlad credit for is providing he's fit he'll fight 3-4 times a year. Haye is at his most active if he fights twice a year and now he has been out a full year no he cannot be ranked.

I'd agree with that. If Haye was to fight anyone below number 2 he would be favourite with the bookmakers.
