Sounds a lot like the Lampley in HBO land ;D. Where punches don't need to be thrown to land and house fighters looking just 'ok' seem to have a hand injury. There was a spot near end of 2nd(?) where Nelson caught Harrison a right along the ropes that looked to stay with Tony from then on. Nelson probably fought the best he has really

Harrison was winning that all day long. Nelson was doing very little and too defensive. Harrison should not have pushed Nelson at the weigh in as it shows no class.
Why do they all thank Al Haymon?
Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
Thurman did not use his left hand and jab that much so maybe it was injured. In reality Thurman is not as good as he is made out and is being manufactured to be the next ppv hype job. I am sad to admit.
Collazo woman is beautiful, she was next to his mum.
Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
Watch Floyd try for a Thurman fight afters hes been exposed as not that good. He did that with Alvarez already :D

That is very cynical if not true.

In business if you have a shitty product it doesn't sell. But boxing fans say "well sure this is shit but I'll drink it because...." i put .... Because the excuses for these guys taking shitty fights are endless. People even argue that shitty fights like Brook/Rios aren't shitty fights even though absolutely nobody would pick Rios. Collazos momma isn't betting on Collazo, it's a shitty fight. This new generation needs to do what previous generations did and earn something. Keith Thurman is a rich man, and he is a rich man off doing nothing. Dude needs to do something.
Doesn't this make you a hypocrite?
First -- you moan and groan because you don't like a particular fight. Second -- you're denigrating fans, many of whom wont share your opinion about what makes a good fight, for "accepting" what you believe is crap, yet here you are tuning in to watch.
Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
Thurman a little overrated, Collazo a little underrated. Par for the course in this game.

I thought the exact same thing. Assuming that's his woman and not his sister, retirement won't be so bad...
Yes she could be his sister as she did have the same features.

Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
Thurman was having a bit of a hard time, but he won would not be surprised he's Floyd next
opponent, Floyd will spank him on this performance.;D
Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
That body shot Thurman took to the liver was a mark of a quality and determined fighter.

Most fans thoughts - Khan beat Collazo therefore Collazo is shit.
Re: What's up with Keith "One Time" Thurman?
I told you guys Collazo was not "weak opposition", he's always been top quality. Just because he had trouble dealing with Khan's speed didn't mean he was a bum.
Thurman could have easily pulled a Deontay Wilder and fought some guy with 10 KO losses on his record so he could go out there, blow him out in a few rounds and look like superman. He could have pulled a Danny Garcia and fought a Rod Salka-type opponent.
Instead he chose a veteran southpaw who was only stopped once 13 years ago, and has a long history of either upsetting world class opposition or giving them tough, close fights.
