Well done Billy, I'm glad he's done it, proper close fight 3 rounds was a wide card though

Had Saunders close. KD's saved it. Saunders went complacent late. Was only a observer in 12th

Must admit I thought it was quite a frustrating fight to watch, as I really thought that Andy Lee would want to come out and really start to throw flurries and be more aggressive from rounds 8-9 onwards. Having taking the two knockdowns in the third, he should have been told by his corner that he couldn't fiddle his way to a home fighter's decision, as he wasn't the home fighter. Maybe Lee was just too wary after the third, and settled for a points defeat?

Respect to BJS, deserved the win, but hoped for more from Andy Lee.

Saunders is very awkward to fight, he's almost lazy with his arrogance and seems to make them look stupid early and then try and cruise the last 6 rounds. He's got some talent though, his range and movement is class.

I was waiting for Lee from probably the 6th onwards to start fighting like he did in the 11th!

This is embarrassing for Matchroom. Eubank could fight for 3 promoters in 3 fights. Hearn last week, Mick next and Warren for BJS's title after that.
If I was Frank Warren , I'd be telling Team Eubank to fuck off, not mention him after the fight.

They were two C+ white fighters on show. Eubank Jnr beats Saunders in a rematch. D.Jacobs would have killed the both of them tonight. Triple G still stands supreme in middleweight div (so they say)

My opinion on triple G is what it's always been. An over-rated white fighter who has not fought anyone

If he were to dare fight Andre Ward, it would be a Mayweather-Gatti type beating. I've said in once. Great black fighters (in their prime) rarely, if ever lose to white fighters.

And now Ward looks set to face Kovalev at Light Heavy. You watch what will happen when Kovalev meets a great black fighter. He'll get beaten easily

I like Ward but Kovalev will tear up him and Adonis in the same night. Nothing to do with race, no matter how hard you try hatred and bigotry.

I like Eubank model of working, why tie yourself to a promoter? It is his career and the promoter should not own a fighter. He is playing off the promoters against one another, brilliant business move.

Was just about to delete the paraniod loons post but it's so silly I'll leave it until a few more people bite then delete everything.

I think it's genius; to make a thread about two middleweights somehow relate to a light heavyweight.

Gonna watch the fight again even though it was shit. The punch output from both seemed really low. Billy Joe is an excellent boxer but must be the least fighting travelling man that has ever lived. Even though I knew exactly that he was going to do what he did.

Unfortunately for Golovkin he ain't getting his unification now. Old Warren will find at least three obscure no-names to defend against before making a proper fight.
