Re: Which fight is worse?
First, learn how to quote properly (look it up).
Second, if I don't understand your sloppy use of English slang, it doesn't make me a simpleton. I'd venture to say my English is better than yours, and English is my second language.
Third, for you to clump together all champions P.R. has had (that's a lot of champions) and say they haven't "amounted to shit in the public eye", is the real definition of what a simpleton is. "Simpleton" in this case being a nice word for moron.
Lastly, I'll give you an example of a champion that hasn't "amounted to shit in the public eye":
Margacheato.
A convicted, one-eyed cheater and low-life who's now trying to claw his way back, and risking his only good eye, in front of a few dozen fans who don't give a shit.

I hated on Canelo for the Khan fight, I hated on GGG for the Brook fight and I will damn certain hate on Cotto for a Gamboa fight.
But.......,Maybe we all need to start hating on HBO, they are the common denominator. Take two names, no matter their size or accomplishments and put them in the ring together. Did the Pride Fighting people come over to HBO?
I can agree with this. They've now got the excuse that Haymon has taken so many fighters away and pickings are slim but they were exactly the same when they were undisputed top dog. They've bought endless garbage fights from Golden Boy, Haymon, Top Rank, you name it before Haymon went his own way.

The silver lining in all this is that maybe GBP might feel emboldened by what they saw Saturday night and serve up the main dish without that "marination" B.S. If that happens, I'll be sitting ringside with a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Re: Which fight is worse?
the khan fight was worse
IMO khan won nothing, looked too small and his punches had little affect
I hear people say he was winning, I didn't see that at all
in comparison to Friday night Brook won the first two and has a case for the third, the injury ended the fight and although the result probably would have been the same he probably would have lasted 2, 3 or 4 more rounds and probably would have landed a few more solid combinations and won a few more rounds

Brook won round 2 and that was it stop sounding like Hearn
Re: Which fight is worse?
he won the first, he landed a lot more punches, and solid shots
unless you count a wobble as the automatic loss of a round?

I have to agree with Eric that he had at least a share of other rounds. But I also have to be consistent and say, like I did in the Khan v Canelo fight, it's irrelevant who was winning on points, because it was never going to the cards.

Yes, the wobble showed the impact of GGG's punches.

yep very true
but brook GGG was more of a contest than the khan canelo fight
for a couple of rounds at least brook looked like he would make a fight of it

You could argue, on a neutral venue that Khan was winning his fight and won more rounds.

I'm a khan fan and wanted khan to win but I don't think he won anything
It was like man against boy
and I thought kel was landing some solid hurtful shots and won the first two, and he had some success in 3 and 4

Moot point but Khan was in control whereas Brook was surviving from round 3
Re: Which fight is worse?
How was Khan in control? He was avoiding getting KO'd , but didn't everyone get the feeling it was just a matter of time? Furthermore , Khan came in so out of shape he was never gonna take it 12 rounds. There was only ever one conclusion , it began with K and ended in O! In control? No no no no no.
