Re: SIGN THE PETITION TO OVERTURN MAYWEATHER JUDAH
Yoel gave Roger flashbacks of Chavez. And Roger talks all the trash here and he did hsi rendition of the Judah shuffle, thus Roger can never talk trash again.
Yoel trains Mayorga and will be seeing Roger's brother next ;)

This statement right here takes all credibility from any of your arguments on this matter. You are obviously emotionally tied to Judah and the results of this fight. Logic would tell you that if anything, that riot gave Judah the time he needed to regroup, and the distraction necessary to break Floyd's rythem.
There is absolutely no logical foundation for this conclusion that you've come to. Zab was throwing, he was confident, he was doing pretty good rounds 1-4. But he was never close to taking PBF out. Once Floyd had Zab measured and timed... it was just a matter of whether or not Zab could last 12.

my statement is NO MORE illogical then the statement that PBF would have KOd judah w/o the riot, that was the purpose of the statement

I think that was his way of critisizing people saying that Mayweather would have KO'd Judah without the incident and somehow saying Judah was advantaged by the melee. So he made that statement to critisize the others.
Re: SIGN THE PETITION TO OVERTURN MAYWEATHER JUDAH
Zab may have not been KOd, but he was getting his a** handed to him, and was hurt. That's why he pulled the ball-shot.
Re: SIGN THE PETITION TO OVERTURN MAYWEATHER JUDAH
I still ask.
Why didn't Mayweather stop him.
Mayweather had the same amount of time to rest, AND he wasn't attacked by any non gloved fighter so it's really to Mayweather's advantage why didn't he go out and stop Zab then?

Those who are sure of Mayweather KO'ing Judah in that round are equally dillusional because there was what... 5 seconds left? I think the chances of Mayweather finishing Judah would have been better had that incident not happened. That being said, I think Judah had what it took last night to avoid getting knocked out. To get knocked out he would have had to really open up on Floyd which he didn't seem to want to do later in the fight.
I just don't see much sense combatting an illogical argument with another equally illogical argument.
I think we can argue about whether or not Mayweather would have finished Zab since Mayweather was clearly the man with the reigns at this point in the fight. However... all of this is still speculation, nothing more.

I'm not saying that Floyd would have stopped him. But, at the time, Floyd was coming on strong, and Zab was getting hurt. With a ten+ minute rest, that almost takes it back to round 1. That's why Zab looked like he had a second wind. If it wasn't for the break, what was happening before the low-blow would have continued.
Re: SIGN THE PETITION TO OVERTURN MAYWEATHER JUDAH
Ok, but here's my point.
with or without the melee. There was 5 seconds left in the round. the round would have ended and Judah would have went to his corner and recovered and came out for the next round. I don't think either fighter was going to stop the other after the 8th round to be honest.

Maybe not. But, let me ask you this, without=if he does this or that, do you really think Zab would win a rematch? I know he has the talent, but he lost a sparring session, and was clearly determined to get his respect. Then he wins three rounds, and then basically gets shut out. Think he still wants some of Floyd? You know I'm a Floyd fan, and I'm not hacking on Zab, but I can't see how he thinks he can win. Everyone says give Zab some credit. Okay. How about giving Floyd some credit without excuses.
Re: SIGN THE PETITION TO OVERTURN MAYWEATHER JUDAH
Yeah, I have to agree with UnknownDonor in this situation. Floyd was busting Zab up towards the end and he said after the interview that after the melee, he was taken out of his zone and rather than go for KO,he just played it safe. I have to believe him because having seen the fight about 2/3 times, I think the low blow was certainly intentional and he certainly was handeing Judah's ass on a plate towrds the end. I mean, last round when he was goading Judah to hit him, Judah loooked SMASHED!!! Seriously tired, down etc.
