Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
Never liked Bob Arum until now lol.
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
bob arum having a meltdown
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
Bob Arum going senile he thinks Josh is an American fighter.
Eddie wants Catterall to go for the world title first before the trilogy.
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
Scarum Bob Arum out here like the drunken Uncle at Christmas :drunks:. Way to interrupt the guys taking the punches Bob. Time for a nap.

Cunt doesn’t know Scotland is UK.
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
Depends how you score, but Bellew just hit the nail on the head. Taylor attracts the eye because he’s busier and on the front foot, but nothing really landed. Catterall was the only one who hurt anyone out there.
And Catterall’s body language isn’t a good look for him. He was probably comfortable, but didn’t look it.

He also scored it a draw as I did.
I have no problem with the winner
But Arum was right, our scoring is a mess.
Multimillion pounds invested in a fighter, the UK is not the place to send them.
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
Taylor wants the Trilogy. Of Course he fucking does, he’s got nothing else out there.
Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
I find Catterall so frustrating to watch. Very skilled no doubting that. But cerebral to the point of distraction.
Catterall may well have been controlling distance and displaying ring generalship whilst having a breather through the middle rounds. But Taylor was ploughing forward and throwing leather. People like that. That looks more like winning than ring generalship.
That said, the right man got the decision but not by those scorecards.

Agreed on Catterall.
I scored it a draw and JC getting the win is fine with me.
But those cards are terrible.
Basically they are saying Josh needed 10 rounds for a draw.
It needs to change.

I agree about the scoring in general, not just tonight. But the only I didn’t agree with was him saying Taylor win.
Even though I had it wide (not as wide as the judges), I can see how people have it closer and maybe a draw.
But not for me.

Re: Josh Taylor v Jack Catterall 2
This fight was a lot more entertaining than I was expecting :D
It's been quite a steep fall off for Taylor from when he became undisputed
I think he's hurt his career by staying too long at 140
Well done to Catterall
This win isn't as special as the 1st fight would have been
But he corrected the error
Even if the cards were too wide
Taylor needs to go to 147
