Nice win for Williams, he proved he belongs amoung the mix at 147. Mitchell is nowhere near the fighter he once was, not taking anything away from Williams cause he dominated. Great stuff!

Havn't even seen thiw Williams dude fight yet but he's sooo going to knock Mitchell out. He was done years ago. Williams inside 6 rounds, probably in the first 3

Lennox seemed to be getting into the telecast a lot more "A Margarito pizza" And when Kellerman was talking about when there was one heavyweight champ and Lennox went in front of the camera and smiled ;)

The whole BAD crew was vastly improved this week. Granted, it was a short broadcast, but hopefully a good sign. Lennox was much better last week than he'd ever been previously too.
