Hmm..that doesnt make sense though. i think anyone who picked moore to win other than a ko should get the full 6 imho. (of course i'd be one of them. ;D) but given the way things went down i think logic dictates that that's the fairest way it should get scored. but respect to whatever you guys decide.

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
CC's Fen and Memph, this week sucked balls and ass at the same time.12 measly points although luckily, top score was only 24. I'm NEVER choosing Viloria again, the last 3 times,he's let me down! Bastard!

:puke:
I sware I would TRY my dearest to win that comp. JUST so I could for 1 entire day eat all sorts of NASTY as foods. Chocalte milk with scrambled eggs, a pizza, 2 burritos, a Dr. Pepper, fried suchinnis, 2 egg McMuffins, 1 double-double cheeseburger with onion rings, chicken curry, 1 gyro sandwhich w/ extra babaganouj and 4 hot dogs while I drink the hot dog water as a chaser then I would lay the shirt on the floor in my backyard while I sh*t! allover the shirt as I record myself shitting allover the shirt with his face & sig.
I would load that video up in EVERY possible site I could.

Actually that isn't what he meant. only way you could get 6 is if you specifically use the general term points. but anyways.

Mate, it doesn't take alot of working out that if there's only one judge you can't have a UD, MD or SD. I don't think anyone realised the ref was the sole judge of the fight otherwise the people that predicted the fight would go the distance, and picked UD, would of obviously picked PTS instead.
Lets be fair here. Any other score than 6pts for a UD pick doesn't make sense. You can't score more than 6pts for the official result and how can you be penalised for correctly predicting a fighter would be awarded the decision at the end of 12 rounds ;)

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
haha hey lookit suckas! movin' on up indeed! i guess playing it safe and going for the obvious choices IS the way to win this game... i remember when it used to pay to take chances on KO round picks... but play it safe and you move up like lightning! i'll be at the top soon if i just keep my picks simple and obvious... but whats the fun in that?

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
I want to admit openly that I was wrong about the point adjustments made to the prediction contest this season. Last season I won just because I scored 125 points of three round picks (two were jokers.)
Remove that and AMOB takes me by storm.
This year the lead has switched hands several times and that is good for everyone. Hope. :)
I am still very proud of my victory. ;D

Get the fwock! out of here with that sh*t! >:mad
I hope that EVERY week from NOW ON you question EVERY single pick you make in the prediction contest. That EVERY week once you've already made your picks late night before you go to sleep you begin to question the picks and when you wake up you think about them and when your logged on here you check your picks and you change them over and over and over and over and over. :sneaky:
LOL LOL That's not funny because I already do that!
I have a blue spiral notebook that I write all my pics down in. I carry it around the house with me and stare at it all damn day and all damn week. When I am not staring at a round pick and wondering if it is a mistake I am flipping back through this season and seeing where I went wrong. I also have all my picks from last season in it.
I'm hooked on the prediction contest like it's a freakin drug.
Well I hope the situations gets worst. :sneaky:
and then.......
On another topic on Sturm vs. Castillejo he reads my thoughts on the fight and......

Castillejos NOT gonna budge hes got the confidence that he can beat him and the sheer thought that hes done it already is what will push him on to the Decision victory.
DAMN IT! I just changed my pick from Castillejo to Strum last night before bed and now I'm ready to change it back again lol
Sturms young and looks to be more ready then EVER.
I mean marrige is a big deal for a lot people and I think the marrige plays a big factor hear. I think thats just what he needed something to lift his spirits and the marrige did just that for him. He looks hungrier then ever and will def. be ready come Sat. night.
I think hes got a better chance then most people think. :)
:lolhaha: ;D
And now for the GRAND FINALE....

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
You know when I first started playing this game it was a new experience for me. One filled with joyous anticipation and light-hearted competition. :sitr: I remember making my prediction solely based on what "I" thought would take place in the course of each bout.  Ah, the good ol' days...  :beerchug:
At some point though it became WAR! :army:
Now I make my picks based on what I think will happen AND on what the general consensus might be.  :cwm15: I have to forecast what everyone else may think because it's too risky to take chances anymore.  I fell behind early this year with opening tallies of 12 and 10 points and down the road had 5 weeks of only 20 or 22 points.
If I can make through this season in the top 10 :weightlifter: I will consider it a moral victory.  Then, come next time, I will be back with a vengeance, ready to reclaim my throne. Iwill be hungry :feedme: and nothing will deter me, people.  NOTHING!  :puncher:
The Gorilla has spoken.

One wrong pick and only 20 points... it's enough to piss off the pope.

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
I actually cried for the first time since I fell off a tree as a kid when Haye knocked out Bonin in the first. It was in the back of my mind that memphis picked the first round so I was screaming at the kunt to hang in there.
Another fucked week for me with the star and joker.

3 people have already put down a ODLH pick. :(
Thought I'd be the only one, guess not.

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
If we had to pick 5 months ago it would have been 4/5 for PBF but I bet it ends up at about half.

Not a chance ;) But honestly, when the fight was signed I thought it was Mayweather 120-108 and really didn't like the fight being made. But now I see just how close it really is, and how many different ways it could go. This has to be the top 1 or 2 most anticipated fights in my life. Hell until I have a child it might be the thing I'm looking forward to more then anything. Along with Lacy - Calzaghe. That...didn't turn out so well :-\

DON'T WORRY, PBF by points is a shoe in. :)

Fellas, do you ever stare at the prediction fights each week and wonder, "Who would Garreth Keenan pick?"

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
Im not doing too bad considering I missed two picks (Boxinggorilla's fault, he should have PM'd me a reminder ;D ) I would have only had four points more anyway as I would have picked Nashiro and a round (not the 8th) for Valero.

Re: The Fourth saddoboxing.com prediction competition leader board
If I'm honest I don't understand how people picked Nobuo really. No offense to him but from what I've seen of him the Castillo win was as good as Julio Diaz win over Jesus Chavez. :(
