Sweet bro credit where credit is due, Mijares boxed a near perfect fight & I'm happy to say I've become a slight fan. Credit to you also for a great prediction of things being easy. I man enough to admit when I'm wrong I just thought Munoz would have been more effective!

Valiant effort by Munoz tho... It's amazing where Munoz got all those stamina... Missing a lot of power shot takes a lot of energy... ;)

Oh! trust me Galaxy, Munoz is world class.

I just felt that Mijares is a masterful boxer. Not as great as Finto Lopez or Alexis Arguello but Mijares is def. up there with Roman, Canto and Galaxy.

What are your thought on Montiel-Mijares?

I think Mijares has the dsize and diverse gears to Beat Montiel.He does need to put some assertiveness behind Jab/Left more frequently though ,Montiel coold be there trying to get in Imo...awesome fight

Munoz is definitely world class but was just not effective. He was to wild, never timed anything, or set anything up... just wasn't on his game! But Mijares deserves credit for making him look so poor!

Munoz is good, but Mijares is better. Munoz was relying on his power, busy putting pressure on Mijares. But the technical superioty displayed by Mijares was just enough for him to earn the victory, and unify the belt.

I scored it 115-112 Mijares.

What a horrible fight, had to stop watching half way through.

The idea of all you guys salivating over Mijares just makes me sick.

He's my number one nemesis boxer now, please somebody knock him out so I don't have to listen to the hysterical plaudits :-\

I appreciate he has talent but like Danny and Diane with Floyd I simply refuse to recognise him :mad:
