Arcane has excellent animation and good storyline.

watched the first three episodes of from
Moon Night is too slow, confusing and not a good story line.
Book of Boba Fett is not worthy of a series on his own and 2 of the episodes are on Mandalorian and Grogu (baby Yoda) which were better.
Gotham is very good and the series is enjoyable. The villains such as Penguin and Riddler are excellent. Much better than the movie.
mr inbetween
Obi Wan Kenobi was brilliant and loved the series.
Currently watching the Manga animation Attack on Titan.
On you tube you can watch old cartoons Justice League, Avengers, Ultimate Spider-man and Silver Surfer.
I mentioned the Midwich Cuckoos on the film thread. I do apologise
Defo worth a watch - the creepiest kids ever
have you watched to movie they based the show on? if you like the show you will enjoy the movie

Finished Gotham and if you are a fan of the game Arkham Knight games then you will enjoy the series. A lot of the same characters and story line is used.
Started Ms Marvel and have to say I am pleasantly surprised how good it is. The production of this is done in an highly entertaining and refreshing way.
Black Bird (aka Falcon's Tale) on Apple is excellent.
4 episodes in with the last one out on Friday. Brilliant cast and acting. The guy who plays the suspect is superb - no idea what his name is but he's the one who played Richard Jewell.
She Hulk is terrible, they de-power Hulk and there is no storyline at all.
Finally got around to watching 'Breaking Bad'. Currently about to start season 3 I think, and have enjoyed the hell out of it. Love the fact that most, if not all the characters are bastards, just in different ways, or at least not the perfect humans most dramas insist on to try and create tension against the baddies.
When they meet up with Gus at the end of the second series the show really gets into high gear and then keeps getting better and better.
If you haven't watched The Wire and The Sopranos you need to watch them next. If you look at the lists of the top TV shows of all time these three shows are always at the top. They're basically the Holy Trinity of television shows. The only problem is after you've watched them everything else you watch is a bit of a letdown.
Slow Horses. About all the fuckups at MI5, kicked out of there and sent to the British equivalent of Siberia to do third rate intelligence work. Very entertaining indeed. Only about half a dozen episodes.

Ok I admit it, The Walking Dead going into final season 12. Or 11 I've lost count. But this has been the only show I have followed "live" for this long. Debuted on Halloween night in 2010 and to date I have only missed 5 eps when they actually aired :-X. Ok that's fuckin sad ;D. But I figure once you're invested by the halfway point you have to see it through. The character turn over in full hindsight has been an insane unique journey.
Same here. My son was into TWD and kept badgering me to watch it. I eventually did. I've watched it through three times since ;D Really hoping you know who comes back. Even if it's to vindicate all the years Daryl spent crying in the woods alone. Not sure how that happens. The fucker was near death and then survived an explosion at his feet and he can't find his way back to his family once mended?
Dahmer. Not gonna lie. I couldn't help but like the dude and found it hilarious.
The Lincoln Project is very interesting.
Boys season 3 is good.
Started watching Star Trek Next Generation from 1987 as my son wanted to see Picard.
The redo of Quantum Leap wasn't terrible first couple of episodes. I tend to enter all remakes of good shows/movies with loaded skepticism. Finally started Ozark and had a long marathon of mst3k with nephews over the Holiday.
Just finished the 4th season of FARGO. Loved the first and third more, but actually all four had their strenghts. Brilliant direction, casting and scripts with some real stand out preformances. Loved the interlinking characters and script handgrenades that kept you on your toes.
Tried to watch NARCOS but gave up after about 3 episodes. So incredibly by the nimbers action bollocks with little to no imagination and no style or substance ...much like Coke the drug for straight people ;D
I hate shows like that as well but Narcos is not like that. You should stay with it.
Second series of Slow Horses was rubbish, preposterous plot and no black comedy.
The first episode of the daddy of all tv shows was broadcast twenty four years today:

the second season of mayor of kingstown has started with a bang, very violent, the red head sheila annoys me
about to watch the second episode of the last of us
Both games are amazing and something no film could ever match. The series has one of the games makers heavily involved and looks better and more faithful then most game adaptations. There is still a lot of snobbery around about games as art etc but both of those games are made unforgettable by the actors performances. The plots are great and the gameplay and shocks are fantastic too but the chance to inhabit the characters in the story is not one to miss.
nineteen twenty three
I'm sitting here, 10:48 pm and just realized I still have HBO cable subscription :vd:. Have not "used" watched HBO demand in a full two years but like a dumbass have been paying for it. All this time The Last of Us is there. Thank you thread lol. Never played game it's all new to me. But give me apocalypse and it's a go ;D
Wait until master finds out Ellie is a lesbo is the last of us 2, he'll be all over it.
Had no idea and had to think for a minute. Ellie was also Lyanna Mormont: Giant Slayer from GOT!! Little badass. Actress is pretty quick witted too. Oh and *spoilers :-X

She is really great in the last of us, it's like she's not even acting and is just like that...maybe she is :S Pedro is as good as usual too.
Not much of a spoiler but the ending of the first game is world class and the start of the second even better, great stuff. Pretty sure the tv show will do the same thing too(if they have any sense).. if you've started off with the tv series I'd say stick with it and avoid the games before the second season.
Chris Rock’s jokes about Will Smith in Netflix special were good. Primo, you were right about the relationship "entanglement" that Smith has with his wife.
Anybody watched Succession?
Going through a 80's phase with my sons. They have watched Back to the Future, Goonies, Goodfellas, Groundhog Day etc but just finished Star Trek Next Generation series and the late great comedian genius Bill Hicks.
