It's called "trash talk". And I'm calm. ;)
honestly i'm pretty much impartial in this fight, i could care less who wins, only think both deserve the credit and respect for taking up the fight, either way, one of these boys is gonna take a whooping, and i don't mean on May 2nd, i mean later on in the year,
when the winner gets his ass beat by Floyd lol
This is so true hahaha

Floyd already beats Ricky's ass. :-\ We already saw that. And for Floyd beating Pac's ass?...
well, that remains to be seen.

No one knows what weigh the is comin back to, he could probably easily make 140 in his sleep and eat a few less ramin noodles for 135

Pacquiao didn't weigh at 142, he came into the fight heavier than DLH did, and Oscar didn't weigh no 141 pounds

One of the most Pac-Over-Excited claims i've read up to now is from Killa In Manila, "Hatton will get a worse beating than DLH, Ha, you were smoking crack at the time of post there i can only assume"
That is very possible mate... Hatton is a warrior, he won't quit... He's one tough guy... It's possible Hatton will receive more punishments than Hoya coz he won't quit until he will be finally laid out on the canvass by PAC...

Yep... Sometimes oldtimers also likes to create new handles when there's a big fight coming... (joke) ;)
Welcome back Buddy...
.
Thanks SaddoBoxer! Good to be back! I wouldn't be surprised if people really created alt accounts just for this fight.
The trash talk between Killa and Lefty is on-route to getting real bad soon but I can't help but watch because now they've involved gifs and youtube clips!
My job is almost complete... After firing the opening salvo of PAC bombs to Hattonites, I'm now enjoying myself watching the continuing commotion from the sidelines...;D
Yeah, interesting trash talk...;D
8 days to go .... can't wait ....

you're one to talk?!? all you Manny lovers are about even with the Hatton fans
Re: Ricky Hatton, "Manny Pacquiao is not versatile".
Who do you think is under more pressure in this fight from fans and press, I think it's Pac as the favourite for the fight and given the huge expectations from his home fans . Hatton will start as underdog and comes form a country that like to knock down it's own so I don't think he will be under the same kind of pressure. His main concentration will be the fight and his dominating this division, not sure the same can be said of Pac.
Thoughts ?

I think both of them has equal pressure. Both of them have huge fan base andthere's lots national pride going around along with the pre-fight. Manny is the current #1 p4p fighter on the planet and that itself will give him pressure, but he's invading hostile territory which is 140... Hatton's strong hold. Hatton is the belt holder and the smaller man trying to take it away from him. So that also build pressure on Hatton.
I'd say there both equally carrying the same kind of pressure.

I noticed the pressure mounting on Hatton... He always repeating his statements in a defensive way... He always say;
- he is unbeatable/undefeated at 140
- he overwhelmed Tszyu when many did not expect it
- he defeated a speedster (Malignaggi) in his last fight
- he's the bigger and stronger guy
Hatton always mentioning these things specially the Tszyu fight seems like he's bitter and defensive why he's the underdog in this fight...

And that might not be such a bad thing. Hatton will have been away from friends and family for five weeks come fight night. Everyday he is training hard and that is probably very repetitious. And everyday he is being faced with the same dumb questions from reporters who have an inflated view of Manny Pac. He is bound to get cagey, defensive and a tad bitchy at times. It's all good and it will build up more and more as fight time approaches.

It's only my own personal observation... It's not all wrong coz most of those statements are true (maybe except the stronger guy which remains to be seen)... I only feel he's bit defensive and he can't believe he's the underdog in this fight considering Hatton ruled the 140 division for a very long time now...

I can't honestly bring myself to believe that Hatton will take such a beating that it will eclipse the DLH beating from Pac. Is it just me or has Pacman been elevated to a status way way beyond that of his actual capability. I liked Pac, but am beginning to dislike him for the fantasy superstar that he is becoming. *If he beats Hatton i will listen with open ears.
