Indeed. His chatter after the fight suggests there is no chance. I'd be shocked if he fights Povetkin. I'd wager he finds a way out or someone will for him like the WBC.
Ftr, I think the guys pretty good and has a lot of natural ability but when you are in an historically weak division and in one of its weakest eras a guy like him should be going full out and decimating the field.

He has some natural ability, he gives it out better than he takes it. When pressured looks under pressure more than what he is and doesnt look composed at all. Gets hit with the jab FAR to easy for a world champion!!l
The American commentators are obviously giving him the benefit of the doubt but when you hear he is still learning and a work in progress they are maybe forgetting this isnt a 14 fight relative novice who stepped up against a fringe contender, its a current actual world champion with nearly 40 fights who looked for the weakest available ranked fighter to defend against.
Lthis is as good as Wilder gets im afraid.
Hopefully he gets past Povetkin and Wlad goes through with Tyson and then Tyson gets a huge unification and deserved pay back on all those cancelations that have cost him money in training camps and his fans in travel and accomodation costs.
Right now Gene Wilder is taken as seriously as the world heavyweight Champion as Deontay Wilder is!

Tyson has tweeted that he no longer needs to search for another fight in between as World champion Kick Boxer Rico Verhoven has agreed to have a proper behind closed doors bout with him on the same date as the scheduled Klit bout.

SKY wont do a PPV on Nov 28th then Dec 12th. The AJ-Dillian fight has already sold out, it's not like they can move it, Wlad-Fury will happen next year (if it happens)
