I think so. I mean the notion of borrowing 10 years worth of wages to buy a house seems ludicrous to me especially knowing that job uncertainty is greater than ever and many jobs are vanishing. Hey master I see some decent reviews on the stock. I wouldn’t want to give u thumbs up or down on this as this type of stock is not in my wheel house. Being that the P/E is around or over fifty it would give me pause. Returned 40% in a year which is nothing to sneeze at.
