BOdy shot by Augustus. Right hand by Augustus. Burton with a left. BOdy shots again by Augustus. Lef thook by Burton. Rigth from Burton. Double hook from Augustus. BOdy shot & then a right hand from Burton. Body shots from Augustus followed by a left & right combo. Body shot. Left hook. Right hand. Body shots. Down goes Augustus from a series of body shots & it's over. Augustus KO'd him with a load of body work.
Oh boy. Glad he won.
Augustus won? He got justice!! ;D But I think you were a bit biased on the side of Burton because Augustus was clowning ;)

Allan Green (21 wins with 15 ko's) vs Emmett Linton (41 fights, 33 wins with 15 ko's, 4 losses, & 2 draws) Round 7: Linton first on the exchange again. Linton jabs. Green just back pedaling. Body work by Linton. Right hook by Linton. Body shots by Green. Left hook followed by a right from Green. Big left hook followed by a right & then another left from Green. Down goes Linton. Green goes in for the kill. Big left hand. Massive combinations from Green. Green may have punched his self out. Yep. He's tying up & his mouth is wide open. Linton hammers him as they are shoulder to shoulder. Linton to teh body & then up stairs. He hurt Green just then. Bell.
Ha ha ha ha!!! Hillarious. I have to call that round for Green...but it was close because Linton got up & ended up getting up for the game.

Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter
Allan Green (21 wins with 15 ko's) vs Emmett Linton (41 fights, 33 wins with 15 ko's, 4 losses, & 2 draws) Round 9: Back to the trade. The same thing from both men. Green fires the jab & then the 1-2. Shoulder to shoulder & Green now shoe shines up top. Linton to the body & then up top with a right. Green catches LInton coming in. Green backing out now. Green then rips up top when Linton comes in. Nice. Linton still there. Linton hit Green behind the head. Body work by Green then up top. Backs Linton out. Now LInton seems a bit tentative about coming in. Left hook from Green. Right hand from Linton. Green lands a left hook & then a rgiht & they trade again to the bell.
Green got that round.

Allan Green (21 wins with 15 ko's) vs Emmett Linton (41 fights, 33 wins with 15 ko's, 4 losses, & 2 draws) Round 10: Right hook by Green. Right hand & then a left from Green. Linton to the body. Green lands a straight right. Clench. Left hook by Linton. Shoulder to shoulder again. Right & then a left by Green. Pushes Linton to the ropes again. Right hand by Linton & then body work as they are on the ropes again. Green comes in & Linton pops him. Nothing on it though. Left hand & then a right by Green. Linton 1-2-3 effectively. Green still coming & flurries up top also. SHoulder to shoulder against the ropes & they are both wailing away trying to close the show...but it's over.
Green will win this one. Unimpressively.
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter
Don't dig on Green.
The upper...hell even middle row of 160 or 168 eats this kid alive.
UD for Green.
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter
So, basically Wack...what you're saying is that Green is not the great saviour of the SMW division for America? Does that leave Manfredo Jr and Joey Spina as the great American hopes? Or are we hoping that RJJ will come back down to the weight to fight Calzaghe? If Green was as unimpressive as you say, I'll wait for him to fight one of those contenders that you mentioned, he may just be fighting down to the level of his opponent. But, if he's managed by the same guy as Malik Scott, that could be sometime in 2015.
Can't be cautious forever.
Looks like you were pretty lonely out there last night Wack, but a sterling effort nonetheless. CC for your work mate, tireless, unwavering...i'm very impressed.
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter

He was horrible. No shit. I don't dig on Spina or Manfredo jr. either.
Calzaghe is actually my favorite fighter at 168lbs & then Kessler. I don't get into all that nationality shit because honestly...if the man can fight...fwock where he's from. Ya heard?!?!? ;D
Been on Calzaghe's junk for quite sometime...tried to tell everyone not to get over confident with Lacy & I'll say the same thing if Hopkins or Jones goes over to fight him.

Yup...the house was empty last night...but I am glad that they were out for a night on the town...because last night was as wack as my ass!
:coolclick: right back.
Only 15 more hours people...& the fat shall be a flyin!
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter
CC Wacko for the RBR AND for your point about nationality,it does not make a difference where one is from as long as they are good boxers, who cares? There's too much love for a fighter just because he is from a particular place, overlooking his flaws etc in favour of his nationality?!

:coolclick: right back Gamo.
Agreed. Nationality bias is generally just a ROYAL mistake. ;D
Re: Just another one of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds James Toney vs Sam Peter
Joe Frazer was MUCH more skilled than Foreman ...but size and power won out ....
in no way is this a no brainer or mismatch lol
i seriously think u just say that to make your possible victory againts James toney that much sweeter by pretendng he should win hands down ....lol SIZE MATTERS ....Deigo corrales wasnt as slick or skillled as the "fredo man" lol
also i'm sure plenty people sai that Tyson Lewis was a "no brainer"
ANYWAY i'm not buying it wacko!! because everythying i know about boxing tels me that if james toney wins it will be a phenomenal accoplishment like Ali-Foreman

Holy shit means!
Let me go check my liquor cabinet...because youv'e been in it all night!
If Toney wins...it won't be by any means a phenomenal accoplishment like Ali-Foreman. Sam Peter is nothing but raw power. Watch his previous fights. He hardly uses a jab & all he has is his power & ability to push opponents around the ring with his weight & then loops his punches in.
If Toney loses...I'll be shocked.
Now...stay the fwock outta the drink means...it does you no justice. ;D

CC i left u a lil somthin in the cabinet ...but with joe fraziers bob & weeve defense and Foremans wide looping punches ...how did joe lose so fast ....fights like this is what makes the heavyweight division the most interesting ...its because of the KO punches
Sam peter hits too hard to just let his punches roll off Toneys shoulders ...anyway im starting to feel like i'm the only one who sees it ...i'm praying toney wins though i'm afraid for him 4real
