McClellan would be way to slick for pavlik in his prime and would probably end up taking a hopkins esque unanimous decision.
Nigel Benn vs Bernard Hopkins
Hopkins would simply be too slick for Benn, and would take a fairly comfortable UD of around 116-112 or 117-111.
Joe Calzaghe vs Marcel Cerdan
Ashamed to say i actually had to google marcel cerdan as i have no idea who he was :(. On that basis calzaghe by decision ;D
Juan Manuel Marquez vs Miguel Cotto

Worth checkin him out on youtube mate, there's a decent amount of footage considerin how long ago it was, & from what I've seen he looked absolutely phenomenal, so personally would go with him to beat JC. Any guy who only has 2 legitimate losses in nearly 120 fights can't be bad ;D
I'd have to go with Cotto just based on size & power, although I think JMM is a significantly greater boxer. If it was at 140 with Cotto weight-drained then maybe JMM could pull it off.
Erik Morales vs Salvador Sanchez

sanchez would let morales blow himself out and take him late on in a bloody encounter.
Jack Johnson vs Larry Holmes

Pretty interesting style match up here. I gotta go with Holmes by KO in the mid rounds because I think boxing has been more evolved since the Johnson era and Holmes would pick Jack apart.
Cassius Clay vs Roy Jones Jr. Hw
Re: Who wins in a fight between....

would have been a hard to watch war, most likely would of gone the full 15 rounds, and i'd say it would be close up to the 11th, then Sanchez would probably do a 3 to 4 rounds stretch, pulling out the decision
Re: Who wins in a fight between....
Ok, a modern fight and something I would really love to see in the heavyweight, talked to this with Russ Anber (wrote to him actually) and he said he loves the idea; Tomasz Adamek vs David Haye

I am not sure seriously, the polak has an adamant chin and more than enough stamina to resist and chump down Haye in the course... I am not saying thatHaye wouldn't win but it would be a bit tougher I think hehe.
As for your question... I think I'd go with Herbie Hide with UD

I'm the biggest Jones fan in the world but I don't let it fool me that Ali even in his early days would be far too much for him and would catch him and KO him around 5th. Jones just simply isn't a heavyweight and to pit him against the greatest man to ever fight at HW at any point would be unfair. I know he comfortably beat Ruiz but I'd put Ali against Ruiz now!
Sugar Ray Robinson Vs Roy Jones Jr MW

The reason I thought it would be a competitive match up is because Ali was a smaller Heavyweight and Jones could have probably kept it interesting with his deceiving power and great speed. But you have valid points
Sugar Ray Robinson Vs Roy Jones Jr MW
The all time great Sugar Ray would have eaten everything Roy had to offer and imposed his will to KO him in the later rounds.
Tommy Hearns vs Winky Wright

Hearns is way to big and powerful and would probably KO him the way he did Duran.
Carmen Basillio vs Oscar De La Hoya
