In a country where Nurses are now using food banks and Paramedics are being paid £12 an hour whilst cabinet members earn £117 an hour you have to ask yourself whether a lot of the British voting public are either asleep or just less empathetic than previous generations. The Tories 7 years in charge are still blaming everything on the previous Labour Government. They have ripped the heart out of the country and have sold much of our assets off to the Chinese, French, and huge American corporations whilst duping the population into believing that the problems we face are the fault of anybody but them. Its the EU. It's the Labour Party. It's the unemployed and feckless. It's the intellectual experts. It's the immigrants. It's the terrorists. It's the lazy disabled. It's the Interfering Judges. It's the SNP. It's the NHS staff of Doctors and Nurses. It's the leader of the oppositions's beard. Never them though. Never. There is a chance to change things but they would like you to believe that is impossible. They are intent on turning Britain into the bastard child of Multi national corporations and America, and we are better than that. So stop pretending that refusing to vote or voting Tory is somehow patriotic and standing up for this country because if you do that you are endorsing a Government intent on building stronger alliances with Islamic extremists like the Saudis, and corrupt tax dodging corporations than you are in preserving the traditions and cultural heritage of this Island and it's inhabitants. It shows a breathtaking ignorance of British history and scant regard for any of the things which once made us Great Britain. Bury your head in the sand, avoid having an opinion, but don't pretend that you are somehow proud of being British, whilst sanctioning the wholesale destruction of the values and corner stones of what makes these Islands special.
This is what the Tories have used their opportunity in power to do
