Big left hand & they clash heads again. Combo by Wright. Wright backs Taylor into the corner. Wright firing. Taylor fires back with an upper & a right. Wright jabbing. 4 punches by Wright & then a power right from Taylor. Wright nails Taylor with a right & backs him into the corner again. Taylor jabs out. Big right hand & then a left from Taylor. Right hand by Wright & Taylor nails Wright. Body shots by Wright. Body shot by Taylor. Wright combos in the corner. Wright backs Taylor into the corner & Taylor fights out.

wouldn't like to be a judge very hard to score...

Personally...I see Taylor showing up as unproven yet again...he'll get the decision because of where he is & I'll still be doubting him against upper level opponents.

117-114 Wright, 12th was a 10-10, I'd give most of the 10-10's to wright though if I was a boxing jugde, even rounds are frowned on in title fights aren't they, HBO has a draw :o I think wacko could be right with his winky sd, we'll see.

Oddly enough...Wright connected more on power shots & connected more on jabs...but hey...Taylor still won the fight...just like he did against Hopkins.

Lot of rounds were open to interpretation, but I feel Winky caught a high, high percentage on the gloves and as a judge you shouldn't be scoring that. I feel Jim Watt scored too much on appearances rather than the action of the bout.

Won't argue with a draw, but that was Winky's fight, in my opinion. He was the aggressor, won the battle of the jabs for the most part and landed the cleaner punches. Taylor's were eyecatching in that they knocked Wright off balance from force, but still hit gloves.
