Round 7: Wlad's cut pretty bad from a butt. Brock comes out jabbing. Brock to the body. Wlad ahead on the cards. Wlad jabbing. Brock jabbing. Big left hand rocks Brock. Brock to the body. Brock jabs. Right hand from Wlad. Body shots from Brock & another clench. Right hand from Wlad & then a left. Brock was fwocked on that one! Brock out on his feet. Right hand & then a left & down goes Brock on a huge right hand. It's over!!!

Brock got KTFO!!!

Impressive. But I like Brock more and more the fights I see him in. He just needs more tuning.

Great performance by Wlad, just didn't look as dominant as I thought, but maybe thats due to the fact that Brock is better then we thought.

With power like that, Wlad can KO anyone. Brock had a solid look about his chin, and Klitschko didn't even need to soften him up so much. Valuev, Briggs, Maskaev all have NO CHANCE!

I'd pick Brock against Maskaev probably but he has a huge right hand too. But Oleg doesn't use his size as well as Wlad.

I just didn't know we had to do descriptions and stuff. I've really never looked at one of these RBR in depth before, so I didn't know the post etiquette. Damn, Brock got thrown in the dumpster. Peter - Wlad II, Fall 2007.

Yes...everyone is entitled to their opinion on the DRBR...but Wlad was controlling that fight with his jab.

Sorry...but he was. 10 or 11 unanswered jabs is control.

Brock did better than I expected...but I think that I called either a 6th or 8th KO.

wow, they just showed the 1-2 that scored the KO for Wlad, pretty incredible! He woke up n the 5th and knocked him out in the 7th. It was almost like a kostya tszyu style performance, he worked the guy out, found the blueprint, then fucked him up!

I like Evander to beat them all 2007 Baby !! ;) O0

For the most part this fight was pretty awkward, and sloppy looking.. the last few rounds, Kilt started putting them together.

Lol unless Holyfield gets some type of Jim Braddock strength, he isnt gonna do squat except get out of gas. However, aside from Wlad, and maybe Peter or Toney, the heavyweight division is pretty destitute of strong and or talented fighters.

There's no doubt in my mind that Brock will be champion one day. But not against Wladimer. Brock took a risk I would like to see Mayweather take. Taking a fight where even his fans are saying "Is he crazy!!"

Okay, so it's 4:58am, and I'm finally starting to get tired. I've already cc'd your candy ass earlier on in the evening whacker, but again another compliment on another evening's entertainment concluded nicely. I wanted Brock to do better, but at least he acquitted himself fairly well, not the early KO some people on the forum were predicting, but at the end ofthe day defeat is defeat, and where is the future of the heavyweight division going to come from. Wlad Klitschko is a good fighter, but with those defeats on his record surely he cannot be the best the world has to offer. Then there's Briggs, Maskaev and Valuev holding the other belts, and neither of them has shown a great potential to be a world beater. It is still a thoroughly average division, and I think that none of the champs has the skills required to unify the division.

To quote Bonnie Tyler "I'm hanging for a hero". To come and save us from average champions that is.

The two right crosses did Brock in. He fought a good fight to the body. The boxing styles were kind of awkward at times. I thought it was a good fight by Brock. If he could have only took those right crosses. Damn. Oh well, that's boxing.

Took a risk? that man will take a risk anytime he steps in the ring,. Brock ain't nothing special . just my opinion... sorry man , I didn't mean to sound like an ass ! ;)

Tougher fight than I expected...I got a little nervous here watching Calvin fall down without even being hit!!!

Wladimir had a bad night AND STILL KNOCKED HIM OUT

But most of all I think Calvin showed his heart, showed his chin (it was A LOT better than I thought!!!) and he showed he had good defense.


Wladimir showed his class at the end saying Brock was the best fighter out there today, even if he doesn't have a belt....just a CLASS motherfuckin act.
