For what it's worth I believe 1. He's being tested regularly because the media is asking him constantly about his health because he's out and about vs Biden who is in his basement. 2. More testing means more positive results, the death rate has dropped substantially and so the media is only reporting on new cases. If people aren't dying in big numbers why does the media keep big upping the positive results?
