There we go Lyle. Chapter and verse. The Russians hacked all the Hillary/Democratic party stuff and laundered it via Wikileaks and various other outlets. $50x2 with verifiable receipts please.
And how about this with Carter Page?
Email from Konstantin Kilimnik to Paul Manafort in December 2016, more than 2 months after Page "left" the campaign: "Carter Page is in Moscow today , sending messages he is authorized to talk to Russia on behalf of DT on a range of issues of mutual interest, including Ukraine."
https://twitter.com/NatashaBertrand/...16681231949824
On Nov 9, 2016, someone wrote to the head of Russia's sovereign wealth fund Kirill Dmitriev that "Putin has won." We don't know who wrote that because it's redacted.

and fourteen ongoing investigations following evidence uncovered by the Mueller investigation:
The Special Counsel's Office made 14 referrals of evidence of potential criminal activity to outside offices. Only two are publicly known at this point.

We already know what set it in motion. One of Trump's campaign aides drunkenly blurted out to some diplomats in a London bar that the Trump campaign knew that a whole bunch of Clinton/Democratic party emails had been stolen and were going to be released later in the campaign. Once these emails started being released and the diplomats realised the guy had been telling the truth they passed the information on. Also five (5) foreign intelligence agencies passed on reports to the FBI that Trump people were meeting with Russian government actors in Europe.
I've got all my holidays planned out this year already. Off on the 24th for the next on. I'm over in Japan later in the year but it's my mate's private island. No riff raff allowed. Could possibly stop off somewhere over there if you're interested. Second half of August/first half of September. It's going to involve heroic quantities of substances though and a parade of dirty women because that's how I roll. Aren't you married?
A#1 You know who said Guccifer2.0 got info from Russians? CrowdStrike the very same outfit which prevented the FBI from ever seeing the servers. So "beyond a reasonable doubt" :nono: also Julian Assange has maintained that he didn't get the information via Russians and "Has proof to back that up" so I'm sorry Kirkland, but you're reading what you WANT and not the TRUTH
The Russians COULD very well have hacked the DNC servers but that doesn't mean that WikiLeaks got their info from Russia/Russians in fact since Assange says he didn't and can prove it I'm apt to believe him (especially when Hillary has him murdered or attempts to). I'm certain China and probably others hacked the DNC servers as well....I by no means think it's 100% Russia and that was the bet YOU made, you said "Russia hacked all the emails" and that's not the case it's certainly not veritably the case.
Hmmm Carter Page :scratchchin: .....you mean....this guy?
https://thehill.com/opinion/white-ho...ssian-spy-ever
....Odd guy to be a "Russian spy" what with his history of nabbing Russian spies....but then again that's written by Sharyl Attkisson...who would know absolutely nothing about how the intelligence community was used by Obama et al?
Go make my money princess

....Well golly gee I wonder however did they get those FISA warrants approved? Those are supposed to ONLY be approved for slam dunk cases especially when you're investigating an American and thinking he's going to be charged with treason.

Between hope and fear: Press and politics in Ethiopia one year on
On The Listening Post this week: after all the collusion hysteria, mainstream media in the United States reflect on their role in promoting the conspiracy theory. Plus, revisiting Ethiopia's media scene, one year on.
The collapse of the Russiagate collusion narrative
It read like a spy movie - and had people gripped. Russiagate, the theory that Donald Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to hijack the 2016 US presidential elections, was a story that was too big to fail.
But that's what happened, and certain US news outlets now have some questions to answer because the Mueller report has found no smoking gun.
Having sold Americans the seductive and conspiratorial notion that the man in the oval office was a compromised foreign agent, now comes a moment of reckoning for the US media.
As for Trump himself, after two years of accusing the media of a witch-hunt - calling them the enemy of the people - this story has handed him a 2020 election gift like no other.
Ah, one of those Epstein things? No worries about that, not really my scene. I am more your book reading, mountain climbing, go to a museum, sample the foliage, riding a motorbike type. I don't really hang out with dirty women or take drugs. Don't overdo it. It's not good for the soul or the body.
Summer is kind of off season and too hot, but might do something later in the year in the more seasonal time. Yes, married Kirkland, but don't think that is going to stop me regaining FGOTY. Tony Perkins was married and he still swung.
Julian Assange not only knew that a murdered Democratic National Committee staffer wasn’t his source for thousands of hacked party emails, he was in active contact with his real sources in Russia’s GRU months after Seth Rich’s death. At the same time he was publicly working to shift blame onto the slain staffer “to obscure the source of the materials he was releasing,” Special Counsel Robert Mueller asserts in his final report on Russia’s role in the 2016 presidential election.
“After the U.S. intelligence community publicly announced its assessment that Russia was behind the hacking operation, Assange continued to deny that the Clinton materials released by WikiLeaks had come from Russian hacking,” the report reads. “According to media reports, Assange told a U.S. congressman that the DNC hack was an ‘inside job,’ and purported to have ‘physical proof’ that Russians did not give materials to Assange.”
[...]
As laid out by Mueller, Assange’s involvement in Russia’s election interference began with a June 14, 2016 direct message to WikiLeaks’ Twitter account from “DC Leaks,” one of the false fronts created by the Russians to launder their hacked material.
“You announced your organization was preparing to publish more Hillary's emails,” the message read, according to Mueller’s report. “We are ready to support you. We have some sensitive information too, in particular, her financial documents. Let's do it together. What do you think about publishing our info at the same moment? Thank you.”
A week later, WikiLeaks reached out to a second GRU persona, Guccifer 2.0, and pitched WikiLeaks as the best outlet for the hacked material. On July 14, 2016, GRU officers used a Guccifer 2.0 email address to send WikiLeaks an encrypted one-gigabyte file named “wk dnc link I .txt.gpg.” Assange confirmed receipt, and on July 22 he published 20,000 DNC emails stolen during the GRU’s breach.
[...]
Even as he was ruthlessly framing Rich to protect himself, the GRU, or both, Assange was privately communicating with his real sources to arrange the transfer of the second election leak, material the GRU stole from John Podesta’s Gmail account.
The Mueller report quotes from cryptic emails and messages exchanged between WikiLeaks and the GRU accounts in September 2016, and based on metadata, Mueller suspects the transfer occurred on September 19. But the actual transmittal of the massive Podesta haul evidently took place in a channel that Mueller couldn’t crack. The report notes the possibility that, this time, the files were simply carried into the Ecuadorian Embassy by one of Assange’s visitors.
“Both the GRU and WikiLeaks sought to hide their communications, which has limited the Office's ability to collect all of the communications between them,” the report notes. “The Office cannot rule out that stolen documents were transferred to WikiLeaks through intermediaries who visited during the summer of 2016.”
In the end, the most charitable interpretation of Assange’s “dissembling” as Mueller calls it, in the Seth Rich hoax is that he genuinely couldn’t rule out the possibility that Rich was his source. The Mueller report demolished that final moral refuge. Rich had been dead four days when Assange received the DNC files.

And just like the Steele dossier says Carter Page was in Russia two months after he supposedly left the Trump campaign on sanctions busting business for Trump, something both he and Trump subsequently lied about. Not surprising those FISA warrants got renewed is it. This is probably one of those fourteen ongoing investigations that the Mueller investigation started.
Also, too:
https://twitter.com/emptywheel/statu...79947572473856
The Australian government passed on the information Papadopoulos had given one of their diplomats and that's how the investigation started:
https://twitter.com/emptywheel/statu...79947572473856
So the FISA warrants are a total red herring.
Oh you believe the Steele dossier? Well there's your problem
Kirk owes me 3,574 dollars
Good God, free at last, free at last.
Donald Trump is now free to be president without the cloud that hovered over him since his election. No president ever faced, let alone survived, a probe as fierce and determined as this one.
Cleared of false charges that threatened to end his presidency, Trump can be forgiven for gloating and rubbing a little salt into the wounds of his tormentors with a jab about serving another “10 to 14 years.”
Naturally, the hysterics are hysterical over that one. They can’t even take a joke.
Yet Trump’s great victory is not his alone. The release of the special counsel report marks a day of freedom for all of America and sends shock waves around the world.
As Attorney General William Barr said, the finding by special counsel Robert Mueller that nobody in the United States knowingly helped Russia interfere in the 2016 presidential campaign “is something that all Americans can and should be grateful to have confirmed.”
https://www.google.com/amp/s/nypost....rica-free/amp/
Anyone that thinks that Trump is now "free" is a perfect candidate to buy some of that beachfront property I own in Nebraska.
Perfect case of "half empty..... half full" thinking.
Trump and his fans are saying he's now "free"....... while the Leftist hound dogs are sharpening their canines with the release of the Mueller Report.
This shit's gonna last for the next 2 years and beyond.
One thought that no one seems to be paying attention to........................... just how many tax dollars have been sunk into the salaries of all these Congress people who've been fighting over Trump in the past 2 years?
Surely there must be a Guinness Book entry for that.
Oh the Left will never accept Trump as President...and for what reason? What happens when we find exculpatory evidence was withheld it's Weissman's M.O.
How is this for irony?
Kirkland's very own New York Times...
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/19/u...er-report.html
"How the dossier ended up loaded with dubious or exaggerated details remains uncertain, but the document may be the result of a high-stakes game of telephone, in which rumors and hearsay were passed from source to source."
OR the absurd given the lefty pearl clutching
"Another possibility — one that Mr. Steele has not ruled out — could be Russian disinformation. That would mean that in addition to carrying out an effective attack on the Clinton campaign, Russian spymasters hedged their bets and placed a few land mines under Mr. Trump’s presidency as well."
Either way the Dossier which was the rock of the foundation that ALL of the Russian collusion, FISA warrants, Mueller investigation was built on is verifiably bullshit.
No it wasn't. I already posted the part of the Mueller report that shows how the investigation started, Here it is yet again. This is the actual Mueller report text Lyle:
https://twitter.com/AshaRangappa_/st...63089329344515
The Mueller report actually confirms more parts of the Steele dossier, like Carter page going to Moscow to discuss sanctions busting with Russians on Trump's behalf. This was yet another thing Page and Trump originally denied ever happened.
It should concern you that the sum total of the Trumpist attack on the investigation -- that it all stems from the dossier -- isn't actually true. That would indicate to me that the Trump side have absolutely nothing to back up any of their claims when the claim they're basing their whole case on is now proved to be nonsense.
The liberal media. The biggest newspaper in America:
To hear White House lawyers tell it, independent counsel Ken Starr's impeachment report is a "hit-and-run smear campaign" full of sexual details designed to damage the president. Nothing in the report supports Starr's claim of 11 impeachable offenses, they say.
Not so, according to Starr. After eight months of investigation, he says it's clear the president repeatedly lied under oath, encouraged others to lie, obstructed justice, and defiled his office. His 445-page report details grounds for removal from office.
That is essentially the same argument that has raged for eight months, with details added, and now moves to Congress for judgment.
But the legal skirmishing misses the central question: Has the president so failed in his duties to the nation that he should leave office?
The answer to that question is yes, and the time for the president to leave is not after months of continued national embarrassment, but now. Bill Clinton should resign.
Not because he is unquestionably guilty of any specific criminal offense, though he may well be. Not because of his sexual behavior, as disgraceful as it is. And not solely because of Starr's report, which is far from an impartial judgment. He should resign because he has resolutely failed — and continues to fail — the most fundamental test of any president: to put his nation's interests first.
The least any American can expect of a president is that in crisis he will readily put the welfare of the nation he leads ahead of his own well-being. In other contexts, that is the ultimate test of character. It separates the military leader or executive who accepts blame for failure from the one who tries to shuffle it elsewhere.
There's no doubt which kind of man the Founders had in mind. Not someone with "talents for low intrigue and the little arts of popularity," but with qualities to "establish him in the esteem and confidence of the whole Union," as Alexander Hamilton put it in The Federalist Papers.
This crisis continues to expose Clinton as someone who lacks both the courage and the character to make that sacrifice.
If nothing else, this is made plain in the Starr report, as salacious and flawed an impeachment document it may be. It is a tale of a man who entered into the most shallow sort of affair knowing better than anyone else what pain the nation would suffer if he were caught; a man, who once exposed, lied in the nation's face and then used his considerable power to intimidate and discredit his accusers; a man who consciously skated along a thin legal edge, determined to hold onto office at any cost to the nation he is sworn to serve.
[...]
In the end, the legal strategy Clinton pursues today combined with his apparent repentance may prevail, with the president escaping impeachment and remaining in office. It would at best be a hollow victory for someone who has shown himself to be a small man.
A president should be more than that. He should be the extraordinary person Hamilton foresaw — one who occupies the office with integrity and who instinctively places honesty and the nation's welfare above self-interest.
For eight months, continuing to this day, Bill Clinton has given no sign that he is or can become that kind of person. Now the channel has narrowed, leaving him no choice but to push ahead or resign.
Bill Clinton should resign.

Here Kirk this sounds more your speed no wonder you are so fucked up
The prospect of Donald Trump making a state visit to Britain in June is stomach-churning. The corruption investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, whose damning report was published last week, provided ample evidence of what we already know: Trump is unfit to hold the office of president of the United States. By his words and actions over two wretched, destructive years in power, he has proved beyond doubt he is no friend of Britain.
The proposal that the British state should extend to this unworthy man its highest honours, including an address to parliament, and a banquet and carriage ride down the Mall with the Queen, is misjudged. It will do nothing to revive the “special relationship”, already torn apart by Trump’s reactionary policies on climate change, migration, race, multilateralism, Yemen, nuclear arms, civil liberties and other issues. What it will do is give an undeserved boost to a wounded charlatan.
This scandal looks certain to escalate, not fade. Barr’s many redactions will not be allowed to stand

I think the chem trail articles were better but I see why you hate trump now
The Steele dossier (which is FAKE and everyone knew it as admitted to under oath by Lisa Page) was the basis for the FISA Warrants and the judges were NOT informed of HRC paying for the dossier. Believe me or just wait until someone you trust tells you.
What about the Seth Rich part? The crux is "Russians hacked ALL the emails" which is categorically denied by Guccifer2.0 and Assange but it is a theory advanced by CrowdStrike who withheld the servers from the FBI and were in HRC's pocket. Seth Rich's role in all this wasn't even touched on in the report other than Assange's mentioning that he was murdered and hinted that it was because he was leaking information from the DNC.
I owe nobody son, YOU OWE. It's only going to get worse for you.

Oopsie poopsie
@El Kabong please don’t report info like this it doesn’t fit in with kirk and the media’s agenda. Besides you know damn well everyone of those 46,000 emails is about Chelsea’s wedding. Kirk please explain Hillary’s action of trying to destroy over 40,000 emails means nothing and no way does it bring into play the possibility she was doing something underhanded and may even include some questionable conduct on her involvement in any of this trump mess
Kinda makes you wonder about why Hillary wasn't charged what with Obama running things and Obama having 40k+ of Hillary's emails when he told all us he didn't know she had an illegal server. He'd never lie to us would he? He wouldn't circle the wagons around Hillary because he was protecting himself or anything, he's no coward.

Hmmmm.... :scratchchin: interesting
You know what's not a great look since the whole Russia Collusion narrative fizzled out into nothingness????
British spies were first to spot Trump team's links with Russia
https://amp.theguardian.com/uk-news/...m-links-russia
British intelligence passed Trump associates' communications with Russians on to US counterparts
https://www.cnn.com/2017/04/13/polit...nce/index.html
The British government being involved in the spying on AMERICANS including the current President.
Not good...I wonder if anything will happen ;D
Oooooh boy so there's a Presidential Forum in Houston at HBCU Texas Southern University called 'She The People' (yyyeah I don't know :dontknow: what that is all about) but anywho all the wokest Democrats are there AND........
They are making complete asses of themselves I mean every single last fucking one of them.
Robert Francis O'Rourke aka "Beto" ....was answering questions and he stated that he thinks because Texans can use their government-issued license to carry a firearm to prove who they are at the ballot box that people should be able to use their student IDs to vote in elections. Apparently Mr. O'Rourke is unaware that #1 You can go to school in NOT your home state and that #2 Absentee ballots are readily available on college campuses.
Oh but he wasn't alone.
Corey "Crazy Eye" Booker said that Donald Trump's criticism of Rep. Ilhan Omar was "reprehensible" and "is trafficking in Islamaphobia". So it's "Islamaphobic" to question her portrayal of 9-11-2001 being "Some people did a thing" and then the heavy emphasis was on the suffering of the Muslim community who "lost their rights" somehow? It's all a bit crazy, but hey this is the Democrat party, just a donkey full of PCP.
Sen. Elizabeth "Fauxahontas" Warren has promised (and I paraphrase here) 'All the free things!' ending student debt, free college for all, free free free free free  . She also stated (and I quote now) "When you look at the research, it comes down to prejudice: doctors and nurses don't hear Black women's issues the same way they hear the same issues from white women. And I've got a plan" ......so college debt erased, free college going forward, and Black women speak in a manner which doctors and nurses can neither comprehend or decipher...Bold strategy Cotton. No word yet on what happens with folks who paid their way through college or already paid their debt off sooooo guess we'll wait for our free shit.
Newfangled Millionaire Sen. Bernie "I wrote a book and own 3 houses" Sanders said "No president – not the best-intentioned, not even the most honest – can transform this country alone. If you want access to health care, to address climate change and inequality…millions of people [of all backgrounds] need to stand up.” ....so stand up, write that book, await the Establishment Democrats to steal yet another election from you and pocket that sweet sweet money from those young idiots you campaign in front of. He also said "“Every woman should feel safe in the workplace and on campus. And all rapists should understand that there are serious consequences" ....I didn't see if he pressed on allowing the rapists to vote while in prison or not, but that is his stance on the issue even Dokhar Tsarnaev the Boston Marathon Bomber, apparently he should be able to vote too because crime is policed in an unjust manner and who knew it was a bad thing to place a bomb directly under an 8 year old enjoying a day out with his family :dontknow:
So thems the Democrats....you like your 2020 chances folks? ;D
http://youtu.be/4_yMcVq6-ak?t=11m
Joe DiGenova laying it all out. The FISA Court has communicated with the Justice Department about it's findings and those findings are that for more than 4 years before the election of Donald Trump there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI Contractors, 4 of them, to steal personal information of Americans to use against the Republican party.
I believe FusionGPS is one of those 4 FBI Contractors.
May or June we'll see the Horowitz report and I'm guessing that ain't gonna go too well for the Democrats.

"I spy..." Barack Hussein Obama
Joe Biden has officially entered the Democrat Primary.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbOU2fTg6cI
I see he wastes no time starting out with an outright lie. The "very fine people on both sides" quote is often touted as Trump 'saying Nazis are very fine people' which is absolutely NOT what he said, he specifically and unequivocally denounced Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, and yes AntiFA as those folks were 100% the cause of the trouble. The people protesting both for and again the removal of a Confederate Statue were who President Trump was talking about being "very fine people" they exercised their rights to protest without violence in a peaceful manner as it should be...but hey am I shocked that Joe Biden would be disingenuous? No, I expect it.
Also don't know about yall but I find it odd that Biden says if Trump is President for another 4 years that he will and I quote "forever and fundamentally alter the character of this nation" ....ummmm isn't that EXACTLY what Obama said he would do? Obama ran on "fundamental transformation of America" and "Hope & CHANGE" ....I don't know, just struck me as odd.
Biden is the second oldest Democrat candidate next to Bernie Sanders. He's an establishment Democrat and may very well wipe out a few of the folks polling at 0%.
Right now if you break the primary into tiers the top tier would be: Biden, Sanders, Warren, Buttigeig, and MAYBE if you're feeling generous Harris or Booker. Everyone else doesn't stand a chance in hell. Everyone else is sticking it out to raise their profiles, help pick a winner, and attempt to get an appointment either as VP or a cabinet position.
Hillary wrote an op-ed for Washington Post and I'm thinking she may just be lying in wait to run again as a very late entry....her neck will literally be on the line by that time.
And just for context here's the "very fine people" quote
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmaZR8E12bs
There you have it he says those who protested peacefully on both sides were "very fine people" and that he very clearly condemns violence from both sides. It was the correct and ADULT response. Sorry that the media doesn't think that way, but what do you expect from them, the truth? :spit:
Since Biden is officially in the race one might very well wonder "Gee will Obama endorse his former VP thus giving Biden the momentum needed to secure the primary and heal the wounds of division rampant within the Democrat party?" We go to Obama spokesperson Katie Hill for the answer to that very question

and that doesn't even touch on Biden's issues with: plagiarism, being too handsy, his OVERT racism...but Establishment Dems will flock to him because :dontknow: their having a major crisis at present which will only get worse.
I'm sure once Kirk gets back from his vacation (or what have you) he'll explain with charts and graphs how we're so wrong and that everything is going swimmingly for the Democrats and how doomed doomed DOOOOOOOOMED Donald Trump is.

Trump already called Biden stupid in a Tweet sooooooooooo....... yeah, it's gonna be interesting from here on out. Nothing like firing the first salvo to get the proceedings going. I personally don't have a dog in the race. The majority of Dem candidates are barely more than flotsam that Trump would have for lunch in any debate or discussion of any kind. Some people are calling for youth, but the kind of youth being paraded by the Dem Party is not going to get it done. The 64 million dollar question being thrown around these days is: Do the Dems want someone with the extreme left viewpoints on healthcare, immigration, and the like? Or do they want someone who has the best chance of defeating Trump? Either way, it promises to be better than some boxing matches these days.
I still think a Biden would hold up well in Debates with Trump. Trump
Will be prepared but Biden has never lived outside of politics. It a long way off and who knows who trump will face but I’ll like to see a trump Biden debate
Did myself a favor and kept the news, more so rampant social media political torch wars, off for a few days post official report. What a shit show. I have no flavor for the impeachment push and oddly think it's a course Trump will want. Any opponent should run on Trumps record, conduct and execution. He'll sabotage himself and do half the work for you. I'd honestly look into a conservative Republican..Trumps not..or a moderate Democrat who isn't talking utter nonsense like free everything for everyone and letting inmates vote ffs. And good luck using ethics and intelligence etc barbs on Biden when coming from the current President. Whole stones in a glass house thing. I'm done with the collective Congress, Rs and Ds being treated like an inconvenience rather than a co equal branch of Government with checks and balances.
