I'm a big John Fahey (RIP) fan. Good solo acoustic fingerpicking. If you like this kind of stuff I recommend the album God, Time, and Causality. Clips are hard to find, here's a couple. Not a lot of flash, but plenty of style.

Trucks is amazing, and still quite young. As a replacement for Dickie Betts, he gives the Allman Brothers a whole new sound.

Here's an example of when he played with Clapton, a little thing called "Little Wing". :) The video quality is poor, but the solo impresses the hell out of me. Interesting right hand this guy has.

I saw one of Pantera's last shows and he completely blew me away, absolutely amazing...

HM to Jonny Greenwood from Radiohead, Zach Wilde, John Lennon, Kurt Cobain (technically, Lennon and Cobain were far from the best guitar players, but the sounds and feelings they got from their guitar make them greats in my mind), David Gilmore (Pink Floyd), George Harrison, Eric Clapton (even though I don't care for his song writing)... I could go on and on.
