thomas hearns vs alexis arguello
Hearns is way to big and powerful and would probably KO him the way he did Duran.

prime chavez would probably wear him down and take him out within 9 though i really am speculating on that one having not seen a hell of a lot on benny.
azumah nelson vs pernell whittaker
Re: Who wins in a fight between....
Has anyone mentioned a fight between Hearns and Hopkins? that should be awesome. Two ATG's with very different styles..unbelievable. gives me goosebumps.:lickish:

at 160 hagler would of probably been able to dictate the pace of the fight on the ropes and bully his man into taking a points decision.
Wladimir Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis

i think B-Hops defense would keep Hearns from doing any real damage, and when Hearns would go in reckless he would get tagged with a huge overhand right, seeing how Hearns was always a bit chinny he would get stopped in like the 9th

Agreed with the Hopkins vs Hearns outcome.

MAB Vs JC Chavez at 130
Emile was ONLY stopped twice in his career once as stated and the other by Monzon. He fought some of the hardest hitters in history I personally think he'd handle Tito well. Being hurt is one thing, I mean Trinidads chin in itself isn't the best, he used to hit the canvas often and hit the canvas in a lot of his fights by lesser punchers then Emile but notice how I went with the decision. Cortes dropped him, Stephens, Carr, Campas, Lushing dropped him.
But I just feel that it doesn't mean Emile would drop him...
agreed that Trinidad was floored a bit, that's why i said that Emille would probably have dropped him, but not stop him, i only went with Trinidad stopping him due to the fact that Tito was a GREAT finisher, once he had his man hurt he would systematically take him apart, not just throw wild punches, he'd mix it to the head and to the body, honestly like i said i find it a 50/50 fight, a winnable fight for both guys and by both ways KO just as easy as a decision, would have been classic
Good stuff man...
I def. agree and think it's winnable for either man.
You clearly state that you feel Tito would be the better man and he's had some great nights in his career.
I think Emiles a better fighter all around and is more versatile which IMO gives him the advantage.

always good to debate especially when both use facts and do it in a respectful way ;), unlike when it includes Pacquiao or his nutthuggers lol

I think Pavs body would be a huge target for him and I think the G-Man woould take him out similar to how he handled "The Hawk".

Hearns fought as a Welter and up.
Alexis fought as a Fether, Super Feather & Light Welter.
I'm assuming your making the matchup at a catchweight between 140 & 147?
Which to be honest would be hard to call.
If were going based just on styled I'd favor Alexis. (Like anyone couldn't have guessed that

kind of a ridiculous fight if you really think about it, Arguello wasn't really that good at 140, i mean yea his losses were to Pryor, but still he didn't look as sharp or as strong as he did in the lower classes, and Hearns never fought under welter, and only seemed to get better as he went up, especially Jr Middle
