Everybody questions Taylor' ability, but he has gone 2-0-1 against two top two p4p fighters. He is not the best tactically out there but he is getting the job done. You have to at least give it to him for staying in there and doing what he does best.

I think that the value of a landed punch has lowered and style is marked way too high in the states, that sounds ridiculous because we're watching boxing :)

dissagree mate the hometown decision would have been a win... wright has just said he dosnt want a rematch...

says it all really im a bigger wright fan that Taylor's but that was the right call IMO... all this talk of arms and gloves in the first few rounds is right but he also rocked wrights head back in them rounds with the straight right.

the rounds where far too close to call this a robbery IMO

Wright saying he doesn't want a rematch according to Sky.

Personally, I think he would win the rematch, but the size difference does him no favours. That was the only problem he encountered really. Taylor was too powerful and it flattered him. It's a testament to how good Winky is that his boxing, for most people, was enough to overcome the size and power advantage.

The decision Taylor got tonight, is the decision Hopkins should have gotten in the first Hopkins Taylor fight.

Jermain lost the 12th round but as I sais, Lampley will be with Jermain all night and every shot that landed on the gloves would be clean blows and misses would be as well.

I ALSO said that Wright would test Jermains body, and after that I think Taylor has a weak body, I don't think he took those left uppercuts to the body very well ;)

Lucky for Wright that headbutt closed Taylor's eye. Taylor would have knocked him out. Wright don't want a rematch because he would get knocked out like the bitch he is.

Neither man lost that fight. That fight was a draw. It was up to that last round to see who the winner was, and in my eyes neither man deserved to win that last one. This fight was a draw. I think if Jermain's eye hadnt closed from the head butt that he would have probably landed more punches late. For Wink to act like this was a robbery , saying that it was another vargas, is just over the top. It was a good fight. Very good fight. I hope Winky will fight him in a rematch.

Agreed.

Many of the shots that Taylor landed on Wright landed on Wright's gloves. Taylor did connect...but Wright connected more often.

Amazing...again...I'm sitting here with reservations about a fighter that I lauded as being the future of 160lbs. Too many questions about Taylor that go unanswered.
