How would this make ay sense? A guy who isn't even close to being accomadated at 147, fighting a guy who has spent the last 4 years at 154? Sorry, not buying that one and I don't think either fighter will be looking to fight the other.

I don't agree there. Mosley only ahd his last 2 fights at 154 and Mosley isn't really a 154 pounder he's more of a better 147 pounder and just put on the weight to fight Vargas, and I think Shane moving down and Hatton staying put. I think it makes a very good fight ;)

Not really,not after Hatton's performance against Collazo and also,Molsey will want 2-3 fights to get used to the weight again. I want to see Mosley Margarito although Shane wants Margarito Floyd so he can fight the winner.

No. At 147 right now I think it's a massacre, but the only time Mayweather was ever faced with constant pressure and body work, he lost. In the second Castillo fight, Castillo didn't cut off the ring and he was doing nothing but charging straight in on Mayweather without making angles or anything. It was really a lackluster performance. At 140 I think it's still Mayweather's, but almost a tossup. At 147, Mayweather destroys Hatton.

I dont't think he would beat PBF - but he DID beat Collazo, due to the 10-8 first round ;)

Ive heard a few whispers on this already... not a fight i'd like to see if im honest even this older version of Mosley would be to fast and natrually strong for hatton.

Mayweather would be an easier fight for him IMO ;)

as would Hatton for Mayweather instead of DLH ;)

Hatton has proven he isnt as good at welter against a true welter and Mayweather has yet to face a true Welter yet but wasnt that great against Judah.

so for me Hatton V Mayweather at Welter or lightwelter it wouldn't make any difference or give any of them an advantage.

and is one fight that needs to happen for the fans of each fighter ;)

It would be a massive event if it came off which would generate huge interest . Not sure either would want it though

Shane even at this stage is too quick and powerful for Hatton and would probably win by brutal K.O im afraid . Hatton should be gunning for Cotto and Shane should be looking to fight Floyd

Excellent points Saddo CC,Ricky may have looked bad against Collazo but it was against a natural WW. FLoyd STILL hasn't faced one. However,I still feel Ricky is not the machine he was at 140 and lack of preparation for the Collazo fight or not,he was out on his feet round 12!!

It sure would be the perfect fight for Shane

not for Ricky though

he'd get totally mullered.

Mosley would be to big for Hatton.Hatton would be ko'ed.

Nah Mosley would handle Hatton easy right now. Mosley should fight Spinks, DLH or Floyd
