Man Ike has bad luck, hopefully he will do well in his bout with Wright, I expect him to go all out against wright, but he will probably come up short, I like Ike quartey though he always comes to fight.cc in 24

Ike does have bad luck. If you ask him he has been robed of three close decsisions. I would agree in two of them. As for the fight with wink, should be interresting, they have very similar styles. If you ask Ike he would actuly tell you that Winky actualy stole that defenseve shielding style from him. Any how I think wink would beat him Quartey aint the same fighter he was seven years ago when he fought Oscar DLH in what was one of his best performances, on the other hand Winky (if you ask me ) is the best fighter in thae world today.

I agree with JT I think he did great in both fights, I think he won both, In the Delahoya fight he did not have to stand and trade in the last round but he did, got droped and still keept swinging.

Maybe I missed something but I only saw great action in teh 6th and 12th rounds . Every other round Ike was too casual . He said before the fight how it was guna be a war but he only threw alot of shots when he had been floored himself. I believe he stood odd too much . I also think his approach cost him against Vargas too . I agree he was more aggressive against Forrest but he lost that fight . If he didnt have fallen out of love with the game and had all that time off then he would have probably stopped Vernon .

Probably missing something... Why is Quartey so rich? Is he from a wealthy family or something.. Or does he just have some business outside of boxing?
