It's time to bloody sound off?
It's time for all of you to post what you hate most about the bloody sport of boxing, sure we all love the sport beyond all the problems but there are things that should be changed.
1. Boxing should be on regular local stations ( If they need sponsors add pop ups)
2. The rankings need to be changed
3. We need a boxingmania sort of like wrestlemania where are the major fighters fight each other in one night
4. I want bloody Ruiz and Rahman to go away forever
5. Boxers need to be penalized on points for running, back peddeling is one thing but what you saw with ODH and Tito, numerous Spinks fights, etc should not be allowed, it should almost be like holding.

lol i love the idea of a wrestlemania for boxing..
and more so that johnny @the loud mouth' ruiz and rahman go away forever...
but penalising running is either too far or too hard to establish ... like how do you know whether they are running or prove it when at least one guy is landing punches? fair play its a strategy that either works and means you dont need to do anymore work or makes you crash and burn .. its a fighters decision.

a 3 way dance would be great...............
but if anything, they need to fight maybe 4-5 times a year MINIMUM

*Fighters should definately fight quaterly.
*I know it sounds a bit backward but Big Name promoters should make moe of an efforet to aquire bg name boxers.... Then have them actually fight each other. (Exactly what Don King DIDN'T do with all the heavyweights he had back when Klit was Champ.)
*Fighters need to start realising that the myth of multiwieght champ isnt all that its cracked up to be.
*And yes, the sanctioning bodies need reworking. But thats another argument in itself

I can't believed you dropped the banger lad. You make a good point in saying how do you decide if the boxer is running or not, but ODH was a give me, it was no question about it there should have been points taken away. But Boxingmania would be bloody awesome. CC to all for your bloody perspectives.

I will be in Vegas in three weeks if my company does not flake out again, I will get a gallon of Jose Cuervo, give you a call and we can hit the strip and try to pick up some broads, I already have the hook up at MGM (Brother is a bartender) but liqour will in no way be a problem, you hook up the girls and I will take care of everything else.

It all comes down to bloody greed Jim, you and I know that, I too think that all fighters should have to fight quarterly with the exception of injury or emergencies.

i think it would be good for judges to be boxers because they know more what to look for clean punchers workrate ect

NO more 24 foot rings. ! 18 foot rings mandatory for all Pro fights. if Valueav can fight in an 18 foot ring anyone can !

Yea I was watching a fight on Foxsportnet the other night and when they anounced the fighters victory upon the conclusion they stated he was the New Mexico state champion, it has gone way too far.

yeah its so diluted and meaningless now, being a champion that is . its a real shame. Boxing has lost its luster.

Yes, one big title for each weight.
Like the old days
British, Commonwealth, European, World, etc etc.
Then world heavyweight champion would actually mean it.
Without little bloody letters by the side (wbo, wbc)
