By Ant Evans: WBO heavyweight title-holder Shannon Briggs was ringside Saturday night at Madison Square Garden and didn't have a kind world to say about gallant challenger Cal Brock, who was stopped in seven against IBF champ Wladimir Klitschko.
"I told everyone that Brock-oli was green as grass," Briggs said. "He looked like a rank amateur. The guy was a total flop on the US Olympic team and he was a total flop in the Garden. Is he animal, vegetable or mineral? After this showing, I think he can be stored in the vegetable section with the rest of the Brock-oli. I knew he was a pretender contender from Jump Street. That was an embarrassment to our whole country. You can stick a fork in Brock. Hush, hush, Sweet Charlotte and like that. No heavyweight from Brooklyn would perform like that in the Garden, that is for sure."

Also the difference between Wlad and Briggs is CLASS....Wlad doesn't make an ass of himself. Wlad doesn't say he's the greatest, he's out to prove it!!! Briggs is a thug and a punk and I hope Wlad takes the fight and beats the dreads off that motherfucker.

Oh my god calling the klit brock fight borring is ridicelous, it was somewhat of a treat actually considering the past couple hw fights, especially when compared to briggs' own fight. Wlad ko's briggs within 7 rounds if they fight.

He was luck he got the last minute KO in the Sergi fight or he would have lost....
He is 34 and can barely move....
When he fought the the title at 26 when he is supposed to be prime Lennox Lewis Crushed him...

Briggs is a lucky bum who could not hack it as a top guy when there was one dominate champion and tough challengers....He has a list of wins over bums....

Gotta love how Klitheads can spin shat, callin Briggs "fat" and all this nonsense. Briggs is a lot of things, but fat, ain't one of em. I would give Briggs a pretty good shot of KO'n Wlad and like wise for Wlad KO'n him. Gotta love how Klitheads can proclaim Wlad as God after making one title defense against freakin Calvin Brock. Listen folks, Wlad has a glass chin, period. Now Brigg's chin ain't much better, but don't act like he ain't got a shot at KO'n Wladimir, when he does. And DaaxKahn, Wlad has a list of wins over bums too. A long, long list.

Nothing as sad as Briggs....And Wlad may have losses but never to a 9-9 guy like Fields....This was after he had a title shot!!!!...........Briggs ain't never even been second tier til recently...Who you trying to kid......

I'm not making klit out to be god, not by a long shot, but he is the best of the heavyweights out there at the moment. I just think he'd fight a smarter fight than briggs and would ko him in the end, he just has to keep that jab comming!
