If these two crazy Italian sluggers would have met up at either 135-140, who woulda come out on top? I think Paz was the better boxer, and believe it or not had more heart. See the Roy Jones fight if you don't believe me, then compare that to Gatti's display against PBF. Gatti had more power at light weight and Jr. Welterweight IMO, also a bit more chinny though too. Really, I think it would have been a great fight with Vinny winning a bloody, action packed, close decision. :boxing: :boxing2:

Paz was too wild for my taste (not taking anything away from him) but i see Gatti winning that one!
Pazienza was good not great. A good action fighter who put his all in every fight and very cocky, which helps the gutsy guys who come to fight. I would think that Pazienza would win a decision in this fight. Gatti might clock him, but Pazienza had a pretty good chin.
CC. Paz was a real A-hole, but also a never say die warrior. I was thinking how Paz would have never quit like Acelino Freitas did against Juan Diaz. Never.Quote:

I think that Paz was the more skilled fighter myself. He could slip punches much better than Gatti and seemed to do better agains the elite guys, cept Roy Jones, but thats cus he was ROY JONES. Only thing Gatti had more of was power, even then it wasn't a huge edge.Quote:
