It was reported in the Arizona Republic , that former WBO heavyweight champion Tommy Morrison (48-3, 42KOs) is ready to make his debut in mixed martial arts, with a goal in mind of eventually landing a fight with UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck "Iceman" Liddell.
Morrison should stick to boxing. He ain't got the wind or the respect for MMA fighters to be tryin MMA. Against a top guy like Liddell, UNLESS he got a quick lucky shot in, he would be embarassed and hurt. This is a con the way I see it, seems like guys like him and Mercer who are shot in boxing just about think they can just decide to do MMA and make big money. I don't think it works that way though. Morrison needs to keep boxing.

I haven't seen the interview, but I heard Liddell was drunk like you said, so that shat don't really count IMO. Not like Liddell called out Morrison at a UFC event after his last win or somethin.Quote:
