Last night I rolled over in bed and told my g/f to turn on the lamp. I felt like my eyelids were starting to droop and was having trouble breathing.
She explained to me that is what happens when you don't sleep for two or three days and demanded I go back to sleep.
So far that is the only signs of botulism that I have seen. Still, it could take 72 hours to show itself.

Maybe if you stay off the drugs once in a while you'll be able to sleep better

I need me pain killers!  Still even though they make me groggy it's still difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep.
Other than that... you are dealing with a drug free individual.  Unless we are counting the caffeine in the occasional Pepsi. And the blood pressure meds.
