Here is a dark thought , imagine this..................
Ricky Hatton some how finds a way to beat Floyd Mayweather , is obviously overjoyed , and thinks well i have done everything i wanted in this sport I'm world p4p number one, 1 more fight left in me.
He takes his last fight againest Junior "lord of the dance" Witter and looses on cuts :(

Yeah, but I'm not sure that if Witter beats Hatton he would be P4P no 1 anyway?

It's not a title or anything, and even if it was, a fighter would be only able to lose it to someone near his own weight category in the ring ..... which sort of negates the point of it being P4P ??

To be honest whats the differnece with this fight, to the one our current p4p took on when he fought Shambra Mitchell???

I think Hatton goes back to 140 and fights the best there is down there no shame in that hes not a Welterweight.

Given recent news I have to say.... If Holyfield actually wins a fifth HW title.

Last i heard they are getting pretty close to curing parkinson's disease. Might as well shut off the tv now as a cured ali could manage a split decisions against these bums ;D.



















Thats sarcasm (something you wlad fans might wanna try) as its ridiculous to believe a 70 yr old anybody can hang with a pro heavyweight regardless of their previous experiences.

I was a little nervous my comment would be taken as disrespect to Ali, so I'm glad it seems it wasn't. I got mucho respect for that ole' dude, just for the record ;) I have respect for Wlad also, as he is as good as he needs to be in this div. I'd also stop watching if Ward/Gatti # 12 happened ;D

I have been racking my brain ,cant think of a scenario that would make stop watching fights (boxing). I don't keep up with any other sport so I would be bored.

I started following the sport in the early 90s. Some of the robbery decisions I have seen since then has not made me stop nothing will. Pernell VS Chavez was one of the first fights I remember . I couldn't believe they got away with that.

Bloody hell, that's a real possibility considering who he's fighting. Are you sure you'll give up the game completely.

Can't think of anything that would make be stop following the sport. It would have to be something huge.

If John Ruiz hugs his way to unification I will stop watching boxing forever. (Well I don't think anything would make me stop watching forever, but I'd stop watching HW fights until he loses)
