Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights
More than a bit sheepish about this but I'd actually have Bugner higher than Skelton & London.
Something like
1. Lewis
2. Farr
3. Bruno
4. Fitzimons
5. Cooper
6. Bugner
7. Mason
8. Williams
9. London
10.Hide
I nearly lost the will to carry on at about no. 8.
Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights
Like i said i think Skelton is actually progressing. But im actually embarassed that i couldn find anythin else to present as my list.

Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights
Sure I remember Britkid making a case for Johnny Nelson to be top 10 ;D
Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights
Hey David Haye has done more as a heavyweight on the international scene than most :D
Whoa should have thought about the potential reprecussions of that ;D

It really, really is (shakes head)
It's a list that, after no.1, you could make a case to have it in any order really.

Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights
U rate Joe Bugner Scrap?
I thought he was decent even good, but his efforts Vs. Larry Middleton and Jack Bodell in his early career, alongside losses to Marvis Frazier and Frank Bruno in his Early career jus show him falling short of the line of "greatness."
And i remember seeing one of the Ali fights, (im sorry im not sure which one,) but i just thought he participated rather than fought, he was just there.
(If he's a friend of yours im sorry and im more than open to be told otherwise. I liked Joe)
Re: The 'Greatest' British Heavyweights

Joe had great talent, and what destoryed him was when he killed the belgium fella in the ring, anyone around at the time wouldof told you the same.
