You really need to get a life. When its all said and done and in 20 years time we are all old timers, Floyd Mayweather will be the guy we talk about from this era, not Cotto, and i am a Cotto fan.
He fought and beat DLH for fucksake. At 154, and like it or not DLH would beat Cotto at 154.
PBF started at 130 and beat a great fighter at 154, that moving up 24 pounds.
Cotto started at 140 so it'd be like him fighting a top MW and winning. Cotto wouldnt beat any of the top ten Middleweight fighters.

Hi they call me eagle and Floyd does not need to fight anyone he is retired and he is the best and he kisses very well and I like his hair and he is the best welter weight even though he wont fight any of the welter weights and he is the best because he said so and he gave me a dollar to say it. lol
