Have CC#5 on me mate...If you are new to the sport and are looking to learn a bit or as you stated just started boxing...check out the Ask the Trainers forum as well...a lot of knowledagble guys there and a fair amount of fellas just starting out like yourself to trade advice with...good thing about there is no one hands you lines of BS....

Happens to me all the time...My wife or kids will ask what the hell is soo funny....the Mrs will even come to read what I am laughuing my ass off about at times....and often give me the Legion ???......
I just tell her you gotta know a bit about who is writing it sometimes to appreciate the humor in it....

And welcome KO, you've already been referred to the "Ask the Trainer" boards, but you should also search the site for any of "Baller27" vids...a great example for young boxers and he was a monstor for his weight.
