It kinda depends on what they're motivating me to do, but in general:
A New Level - Pantera
Head Up - Deftones
Kings of the Kilburn High - Flogging Molly
Strawberry - Everclear (pretty fucking weak, I know. I don't really like the song that much, but a few of the lyrics and the general theme hit home).
I'll add more if I think of them, I could make a longer list of songs that motivated me to do certain things...
Something completely insane, I just read your little signature thing that says RIP Dimebag.. I havn't kept up with metal for quite a while and did not realise he had died! I'm almost ashamed.... Then I googled and read that he was shot dead on stage at a concert by some crazy fucker... Absolutely tragic! I met him when they came to Australia for the Trendkill tour and did an instore signing... Was a great guy and the concert was totally insane! Can't beleive I had missed that news for the past 4 years!Quote:

They also have the random techno/trance sort of stuff which is also great when your using the rope or just about anything where you get into a rhythm.
I can't think of any certain songs though.. I'll just put a good album on and go for it.

Actually.. I know what it gets me pumped for..
We used to play beer pong (beirut) something like every other night, and we used to have this one mix CD that had these songs plus a bunch of others that are similar.. and after drinking for a bit i'd get really into em..
music is always better drunk
Before I hit the weights, I usually put in some Pantera, Machine Head or Stuck Mojo to get my mind "right", and when I'm working out it's the same or some heavier sh#t like Behemoth, Pissing Razors, Skinlab, or Devil Driver.
Here's a kick a## song from Stuck Mojo that I love to lift to.

Behemoth- love the heaviness and sick vocals, plus the hottie in the vid ;)

Angry really was an angry man in those days, little man syndrome and gut full piss and anger towards everyone back stage.
HE is a nice bloke these days.
And whenever I am handling my snakes or cleaning their cages, for some reason I listen to Deicide, especially this song ::** This video might offend some, so if you don't like guys with upside down crosses branded into their forehead, don't watch. Best guitar solos though
