Just signed up for Setanta Broadband
As I never go in my lounge I decided to get Satanta via broadband. Plus it was cheaper at only £7.99 a month.
Just checking tomorrow's lineup.
8.00 pm UFC 80
12.00 am Skelton Chagaev
3.00 Jones Trinidad
£7.99!!! and that's just one day!!!
I didn't know it was such a great deal!
Can't wait for tomorrow now. :)

Actually I don't see why you couldn't sign up anyway. It's the Setanta website. To join I just went to the website and signed up. Now to watch the channels I need to log into the website and select what I want to watch.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't join up as the web is worldwide?

I think it's Windows Media Player as it says you need that installed to run it.
There's no option I can see to record although in the terms and conditions it says you are licensed to makea single copy for your own personal use.
It will be possible to record, you'll probably need a seperate program to do it though.
The quality is good far better than Sopcast and you can choose between 300 kb and 600 k streams to suit your bandwidth.
Mine played without a hitch, no pauses or jitters or anything.
It does seem to be for UK users only though. I did a search and theres also a Setanta USA but no mention on there of the fights.
I guess it figures as HBO wouldn't allow rival networks to sell their fights in the states on a monthly subscription for peanuts.
But if your in the UK I'd say its well worth signing up.
You can it via freeview or satellite for £9.99 a month plus a £12.99 connection fee. The picture quality will probably be better that way but to be honest I'd rather have the portability of being able to log in and view wherever I am. I go to my mums a lot and take my laptop with me so this will be absolutely awesome for that!

Be careful Daxx they have a Setanta USA that doesnt feature the fights. You are going to have to make sure you sign up for the British one.
You may need to fake a British address and get some software to make your IP look like its in the UK.
It can be done but will take some googling.
