Well unless she didn't want him there, it's not really some terrible thing he's gone and done this time(though maybe he was involved with stealing the car). If this girl filed an order of protection against him yet continues to see or be around him willingly he shouldn't be held in contempt for violating it.

Seems to me like this chick is dicking him around...she first plea's for leniency, then gets a restraining order? If they are on good terms why the restraining order?
