Ive been having a discussion about some of the greatest KO punches in history in another thread so I thought I'd post a thread asking what peoples favourite knockout shots are. Some that were mentioned were:
Tommy Hearns vs Roberto Duran
Lennox Lewis vs Hasim Rahman
Rocky Marciano vs Jersey Joe Walcott
Floyd Patterson vs Ingemar Johannson
Others that spring to mind are:
Roy Jones vs Montell Griffin
Mike Tyson vs Trevor Berbick
George Foreman vs Michael Moorer
Wlad Klitschko vs Calvin Brock
When you consider who he knocked out , and that it had never been done before or after in this way. The knockout by Tommy Hearns over Duran was amazing . so id have to say thats my personal favorite.
I have to go with marciano-walcott as my favorite KO. btw i think the KO punch in Tyson-Berbick wasn't as great as Berbick touchin all four corners of the ring during the count ROFL. and Hearns-Duran is a close second for me.

i dnt really have a favorite, but a supremely underrated KO would have to be the Derrick Jefferson KO of Maurice Harris in 1999.............can we say *PWNT*?? ZOMG

Nunn-Kulumbay for me as I'm partial to southpaws, and that was maybe the best ever KO from a southpaw.

I remember this fight clearly because a friend showed me this fight some years back and he said turn your sound up and i was thinking "Yea right whatever......." then when the punch landed it actually made me jump it was so loud.Quote:
