OK i have added a new button to the forum that says "READ".
you can see this button under everyones post next to the quote button, it will make it alot easier for the lazy readers on the forum :D

No it says on every single ad: "These tortoises are for display, educational, and research use only not sold as pets."
Maybe it is a law, to keep the slow moving things away from children. Or maybe it is because they carry some salmonella.
I saw a cape on there like the one you had, but it was alive. I think they would sell me one. One ad said he would ask for age verification at his discretion.
