People Are Idiots

Im sure youve heard about the 8 year old who shot his dad and a boarder at their house.
The prosecution,is trying to get the kid tried as an adult,saying he "meticulously plotted and planned the murder"
My son is 8 years old
He has a genius level IQ,he knows more about the human body then I do, and I train people for a living. Ive been all over this country,but Id hate to get in to a debate with him over whats on any map you care to mention.
He cant "meticulously plot and plan" putting his new Hot Wheels track together without my help, let alone understand the ramifications of shooting someone.
The kid shot the wrong people,he should have opened fire on the idiot prosecutor first and foremost.

i agree. even if he did do it intentionally he is still 8 years old. which means just that, he has a mind of a 8 year old. it still doesnt change the fact that two people are dead. i say Juvie!!

I think the prosecutor has watched Halloween too many times

people, kids, adults whoever, we all think differently. thats the beauty of the mind. some minds widens faster then others, im not saying the kid deserve to be trialed as an adult but im just saying with the human mind anything is possible. who knows this kids dad was a hunter, more likely he picked up more of a hunters way of thinking. other kids aren't expose to that way of thinking therfor do not think anything like that.

kids are kids we all love them, but every mind imo can be dangerous. like i said thats the beauty of the human brain.

Its funny if you actually look behind the cute faces of kids, some kids you can see when they get mad they really get mad and want to get you back. They dont care how much bigger you are they will kick you or whatever. I think the kid has seen what a gun can do and he decided to do it to his dad and the other person. How else would he have known how to fire a gun? so im sure he has seen how its use. Plus now a days with idiot parents all across the world, who knows what type of children they are producing to our world :-\

And this leads to another question,why in the hell did an 8 year old have open access to a loaded .22 rifle.
If my kid even found my shotgun,he wouldnt be able to fire it,its trigger locked,and the trigger lock is locked,on top of that,the ammo is stashed somewhere completely different thats out of his reach. Even if the kid could lift it,he wouldnt be able to fire it.
This kid is strolling around the house with a loaded 22 rifle

Wouldn't it make more sense to NOT have the gun in the first place?

That way you have no worries about your kids killing themselves, you, or anybody else... with a gun, of course. ;)

yea its bizarre, the story i heard is that the kid actually shot his dad and then minutes later the other guy. its an 8 year old, we'd think somebody can just snatch the gun out of his hands atleast after the first shot. The kid didn't seem to do it on accident. anybody else heard how it really happen?

haha i was just watching Mel Gibsons movie the Patriot and he had his sons as sharp shooters. Awesome movie but only cause the kids with guns knew who to shot at and who not to shot at :D

I would like to know how they are going to prove the kid meticulously plotted this murder.

Well a gun wont do much good in that instance. It will quickly get you killed. Actually.. you could quickly kill yourselves. So maybe a gun is a good thing after all. :scratchchin:
