The difficulty of doing a list like this for the past 20 years is that there are so many you have to miss out, personally I would have wanted guys like Corrales, Winky Wright & Tszyu around there, but then who do you leave out?
Once I've had a think about it, I'll come up with a Top 10 for this decade only because if I have less choice I'll stick to the most obvious ones.
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Good call on Tszyu in particular, I'd deffo stick him in my 20
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Bowe shouldnt be anywere near a list like this.

I suppose Tyson doesn't get on there b/c he got KTFO in 1989 by Douglas! Was he on there before then?
Definately Tszyu..

If it was since the 1980s, I'd have Tyson on there - although most probably wouldn't
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
there right just to hard to do ill give my top 5, calzage , r jones jr, kaysta , mayweather.pacman
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Gavin Rees has to be in there . a fantastic Welsh fighter.
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
I'd have Castillo above Bowe, probably above Kostya too. I'm probably alone there, just think Kostya's overrated in a historical sense.
Winky deserves consideration. Carbajal, Chiquita Gonzalez, just listing some names. I feel like I'm forgetting somebody obvious too but six posts and nobody's come up with anything.
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
I think that was a bloody great list.... KT definitely needed to be in there, but other than that you are messing with semantics to chop and change guys in and out..
If a guy came onto the planet right now and said "I want to watch the 20 most notable P4P fighters of the last 20 years" he couldn't do too much worse than to take up that list..

Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Riddick Bowe has only 1 marquee win in the 1990's: his first fight with Holyfield. After that he ducked Lewis, got out of shape, fought a couple of bums, lost to Holyfield, fought a couple of bums, then got smashed by Golata twice.
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Sorry but Winky should be up there. IMO even Vitali Klitschko is better than Bowe and would have beaten him soundly.
Re: Top 20 since the 1990s (P4P)
Bowe would be in the top 20 for wasted talent !
That guy had the universe at his feet but enjoyed a steak too much !
He was loved in the Uk ad seemed a really good sportsman ,I remember he spent about a month over here !
Remember him presenting Sports personality awards , sitting ringside to watch Herbie Hide - Michael Muray and giving a great interview plus the bin episode , that was real exposure here what is was like in the states I don't know.
His decline was shocking even y boxing standards
