It was nothing. Neither. Ref made the right call. Ref did an outstand job the whole fight
a non issue unless you're a huge Clottey fan

Mercante is awesome, toss up between him and Smoger as my favorite ref. That being said Clottey was very theatrical that night. Thought I was watching a soccer game with Clottey trying to draw the fouls. Proper place though, right close to broadway. Like others have said, if he was busier trying to fight rather than get the refs sympathy he may have won the fight.Quote:

there have been much worse than that without getting a point deduction. I don't even think a point deduction was right.
I remember Naz tackling some guy (cannot for the life of me remember who it was) and slamming him much worse than that and unless I'm mistaken he didn't get a point, much less a deduction.
