I know of 2 places right now where you can watch the weigh-in live online, and I read that ESPN Sportcenter will also be broadcasting the weigh-in live as well.
On HBO coverage begins at 6:00 pm ET/3:00 pm PT

I want to know what Roach and Santiago were fighting about. I could see Freddie say "a$$hole", and Joe pointing to the scale. I think Joe was talking $hit back to Freddie for all the $hit talk Freddie was saying coming up to the fight. Even Arum was yelling at Freddie. :-\
