Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
Just saw this. So basically what Arum & all have been saying all day is actually crap. Unless people are going to say that GBP have bought the judge off.
Mediator Claims Team Pacquiao Made False Allegations - Boxing News
Also Al Haymon has denied Bob Arum's assertion that he told PBF to accept.
Haymon Disputes That He Tried To Convince Mayweather - Boxing News
So all in all, it seems that what we've heard from Top Rank today is untrue. Yep, that's a good idea Bob, what with everyone all concerned about the truth, tell a few more porkys :vd:
Anyway as I'm posting all BoxingScene updates over here, I thought I'd also post that at least Pacquiao has decided he won't fight Yuri Foreman because 'he's too tall'. Hopefully he'll fight someone worthwhile now at least.

Re: Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
I'd imagine for the casual fan some of this stuff is interesting. But for us boxing fans this shit is already got to be getting tired. Just fu$#in fight or not. All this hype and lawyers and mediators is a bunch of bullshit. If they fight great if not, oh well. If pac is on the stuff then shame on him but who cares. All these athletes use it's just a matter of who they catch. But for sake's sake. Shit or get of the can, there are other boxers ready to take a dump. There are better fights of substance and not just hype and people dreams of floyd loosing to be made. Shit that last scrap between jhonny perez and abeko was 64.95 worthy. After all the crap this floyd/pac one won't be. And we all know it.
Re: Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
I wait in anticipation to read how certain people turn this around to blame Floyd.
Re: Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
Bob Arum is a lieing asshole always has been always will be, this dosent suprise me a bit that Uncle Bob is doing damage control for that freak show and clusterfuck he finds himself in with Roach and Pac..
To me these guys keep putting nails in their coffin and keep creeping closer to the day that they get concretely exposed as cheaters

Ha ha. What an rollercoaster ride this stuff is.
I'm ready to watch the Berto-Mosley fight and other fights. If it happens it would be great, if not on to other matches.
Re: Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
It will look very suspicious if Manny will take his next fight at a lower weight like 140 or 135 against an opponent who he would dominate with or without drugs.

First off, Ive got a headache!!! Who knows what to fucking believe, but I still believe Floyd doesnt want this fight.
Now Eagle it would look suspicious if he fights at a lower weight how exactly?? Do you realise he is fighting at 147 now without drying out?? He could possibly still make 135 with drying out quite easily he doesnt weigh much different on fight night when he was fighting at 147/135.
I think the best idea would be to fight Bradley at 140 for Pac thats the best fight out there after Floyd and with Mosley being tied up.

Last I heard Gary Shaw fighters would demand the same kind of testing GBP demanded of Pac/Mayweather So that certainly puts Pac in a position

Now Skel if he Mediator is not lying, his report makes almost everything you have said null and void. You used a dope like Scoop Malinowski to back up your argument and it seems now his whole story about Mayweather is false.
It would look suspicious because he has constantly been going up in weight and challenging bigger guys up until hte drug allegations and the refusal of random drug tests. If he then drops back down in weight and starts fighting lesser it would seem as tho he is not as confident at fighting bigger guys anymore. This could be read as tho he has gotten off the PED's so needs easier challenges. I just hope every other fighter demands he takes random tests too so he either has to put up or go away.

Well like I said Pac doesnt way any different on fight night to when he fought at 147 so I dont understand how it would be suspicious? He will be the same size as he was at 135/140/147?
The Mediator is saying there was a gagging order and nothing was allowed to be said outside of the room and what was said that is fair enough and it does seem what Arum said is not accurate so I admit I was wrong in what I stated, but until we know the truth who do we believe it's easy for us all to make assumptions on here, in truth no one knows what the fuck is going on and what has been said.

Well for someone who doesnt know what the fuck is going on you have let your opinion be known quite a lot recently. The facts as they reain are that the fight has been called off because Manny Pacquaio is willing to give up a $40,000,000 payday rather than take random blood tests, even tho Floyd has agreed to all Manny's prefight stipulatons. Any sane person wold have to agree that it is Manny ducking the fight more than Floyd. If giving up $40,000,000 for the sake of a few blood tests is not suspicious then i dont know what is. In reality it is Manny's call on whether the fight goes ahead or not. If he agrees to take the random tests then Floyd makes another excuse not to fight then i will agree Floyd is ducking.
Now i ask you this question. If Manny had come out and asked PBF to take random blood tests before the fight and Floyd had refused to take them effectively ending the chances of the fight who would you blame for the fight not happening?
Re: Mediator Daniel Weinstein issues correction for false claims by Team Pacquiao
All Arum did was just repeat the same stuff he's said the last three or four times he's said the fight is off. He's trying to blame Floyd for Pacneedle refusing to take the blood tests. I actually think Bob is as angry as the rest of us over Pacneedle's refusal to take the tests, but he's his promoter so he's got to say the kind of things he's saying. Bob wants to make the fight as much as any of us want to see it.

Good move by Pacquiao anything possible to still get paid and not take the blood tests. How well is he going to be able to train with his defamation sham going on?

that was a quote from Bradley, Timothy Bradley isn't his own promoter, Gary Shaw is his promoter, he is bounded to Shaw by contract, if Shaw says that fight's not gonna happen and Bradley tries to break that contract, well he's gonna be in court rather than in the ring, unlike Mayweather, Timothy Bradley doesn't have the luxury of being in court for who knows how many months instead of getting decent paydays against the likes of Khan, Urango, Malilgnaggi, Ortiz, Alexander, etc.
